  • Lets give this a try

I didnt really wanna pay the money for pills because they prob dont work anyway and I found this site and figured why not give it a try. My beginning length is 6.25" and beginning girth is 4.125". I like to aim high so my goals are 7" length and 5" girth. Well see how it goes. Im gonna start Sunday with the beginners workout on this site and ill post my measurements again later on.

Welcome to the PE Gym, smitty. Take it slow and easy when you first start. JP

Welcome, smitty! JP offers the best advice: Take it slow and easy when you first start. Also, a good beginner's article to read is this one: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - Albert Einstein

Smitty, go read the "Beginners Routine" I wrote. It's in the General PE forum. This will give you a timeline of when you can expect to see gains. JP

I tried out the LOP thing but i feel the same pull in all directions... I'm doing my workout every other day to start out. Anyone advise against that?

Yes. Every chance you get. Shower, pissing, making the coffee in the morning. Anywhere, anytime you can find the time to pull on that puppy. JP

Hey JP, You suggest stretching all the time, everyday? What about rest? What are your thoughts on it?

You don't need down time from stretching, only girth work. You want to keep the ligs fatigued. JP

                        Your goal is very doable.

Congrats, smitty. You should, very soon, see some good Newbie gains.
Don't be hit or miss with this, stay on a structured routine and when those first gains start coming, you will be hooked on PE for life, like the rest of us. Hee. JP
