Hi everyone, I have PEing for about 8 months, not much success, so I decided to take some time off. When I startup is there any routines you can suggest I start with?

6 1/4" erect, want to be 7 1/2" 4 3/4" girth, want to be 5 1/2"

How much time are you taking off? If it is longer than 3 weeks, start back on the 90 day routine to recondition. But after any amount of time away from PE, you need to start back slow.

I was thinking about taking a month or so off, still kegelling and stamina work.

That's a good deconditioning break. Start on the 90 day routine for a couple of weeks, you'll probably see some quick gains after your break. Good Luck. Just cause you are on a break from PE dosn't mean that you can't come around and post.
