    I did a read-up on the advanced exercise guide, and studied the pictures. I noticed these exercises and the assisted a-stretch use a firm grip on the place where the nervebundles are supposed to be, especially the compressor.

    I thought this was not recommended at all, in case you should damage these nerves?

    I always grip about an inch or so below the glans, sometimes it is hard to keep from slipping close to the glans but it is possible. I use sometimes up to three fingers to keep the pressure light as possible, depending on what type of exercise I'm doing.

      I have always gripped just below the glans. I have had no problems except that my dick got bigger. *Hee*
