I had to take a short break from pe, and plan to start back up next week. I have been "off" for 9 days, and probably won't start back up again until Monday. My question is, should I start out light for a few sessions, (possibly being able to get a little more out of the"newbie" gains?) or just go on with my normal routine? Also I lost a bit of my gains, not a lot, but a loss is a loss. Is this a normal thing? My EQ is really high (I would give it a 12, seriously!) but don't like the fact that I lost a little size, especially in the FL/FG department. Thanks

Yes, in my experience, this is the best way to go. Start out light and gradually work back to the normal routine and eventually even more.
