  • wait.... hanging? not resting???

So I was doing this modified routine where I stretch a little and then jelq once every two days and I seem to be gaining. I've been doing for about a month and not really increasing my routine. Eventually I am planning on adding more advanced stretches like v stretch and BTC stretch, as well as more girth exercises..

But what could I hope to gain with this?

Do I need to worry about hanging? I don't even know what kind of job I could do and hang. I work in a restaurant, work out and go to college classes. Is hanging even possible?

I'm at 7 inches in length. And my starting size about two years ago was 6 inches.. I have not been doing hits regularly at ALL at ALL at ALL!! I'm terrible. So I rest ALOT!

I want 8 inches in length and definitely more girth.

But shoot 9 inches would be cool too.

The point is.. Is any of this reasonable without hanging?

IS jelqing making length gains more or less likely?

Mighty sparrow: I've known many men to gain multiple inches without hanging.

Do you need it? No. Does it help in the advanced stages? Yes. But considering that you're gaining now with such a light routine, I'd suggest sticking with manual exercises for now, while following principle 2 -- gradually increase the intensity overtime

Perhaps add more time or move up to 1 on, 1 off after a while.

      Hope this helps,

Now, im following the super easy minimum work routine in your book. (which is awesome, my brother has it right now)

I dont get it. Which one is better? One day on, two off? Or one on one off? Or can u only do one on one off after enough conditioning?

Does it depend on the person?

And I dont get in the "super easy least amount of work plan..." I don't get the whole "do it for six sessions and then wait too weeks before any more exercise"

Should this idea be extrapolated to ALL pe plans?
