  • Mighty Penis!! PLEASE say what do you think

Some time ago I read a thread from Dustpan with above title. I understand he has been lifting a lot of weight. I can understand the benefits of lifting weight but my understanding of the body systems is that to every system in a living body, animal or human ,there is a limit and the gains can not be infinite. Often after an '' OPTIMUM level'' of exercise and weight training when you would have the maximum gain, you are not going to have further gains if not actual damage.

May be when it comes to penis the above law does not apply and you can continue to have indefibite gains. It will be very good of any one who is using weights extensively to come out with their facts and figures for the benefit of others. It will be most interesting to know that gains in length through weight training has not been at the expense of sexual performance in real life situation i.e. having sex with a woman of average height and built.

I think extreme measures of exercising and weight gain should carry a word of caution for the new users of the site in addition to the warning already in place at the beginning of this site. All men are same in most ways but one or two exceptions in any case should not be a sufficient proof that this will be true in all cases. Individual examples of extreme nature are good cases for studies and they should come forward to the experts in this area but should always convey a word of caution to others when narrating their experience.

I request all the community on this site to respond to my thread, giving your views freely whatever do you think. This will help many people including myself to understand the realistic goals which we can have from PE which does work.

Soody: I moved this thread to the PE Theory forum. This forum is where all discussion related to theory goes. In other words, we're not giving advice, but we're talking about PE analytically.

About the "maximum gain" theory, I tend to agree somewhat. I know Dustpan made a small gain recently. I'm not sure if he's made any more since, but there's no doubt his gains aren't as easy as they once were. Dino9X7 is another example big gainer who appeared to hit his maximum at one point too.

Lots of PEers hit a break wall at one point or another. Some of them stop increasing the intensity, some of them have increased it too much, others are just hard gainers.

I've thought about this theory a lot. There's a difference between some guys who've PEed for several months and hit a plateau and guys like Dustpan, who PE for over a year, make big gains, and then hit a real hard plateau. The guys who hit a plateau early on could probably crack it by increasing the intensity or changing it up. They could probably also crack their plateau by taking a break (lasting 2-3 months).

Dustpan and Dino9X7, on the other hand, would probably need at least 1 year off to "restart" their growth so that gains are easy again. I would probably say they would even need more than that (2 to 3 years). Their penis is so conditioned to PE that the gains are so hard to come by.

This is all theory, of course, and thus why we have this forum category--so we can discuss our observations

            trynagain: Welcome to The Gym!

When a PEer takes a "deconditiong break," as it's called, he occasionally loses some of his gains. But most men find that the break is worth it as they regain what they lost fairly quickly, and often gain much more.

Taking the above thoughts into account, how do we explain things such as the African tribesmen who hang a rock from their penis from boyhood to adulthood, and continue to see length increases? Granted, they practiced these methods for mainly religious reasons, and with the purpose of eventually making themselves impotent to become "pure" in spirit.

I believe there is much more to account for as to why a man may "quit" seeing gains. I think complacency plays a large roll. Manual exercises after all take a LOT of dedication and daily focus, and not to mention a willingness to cut out a chunk of ones' daily schedule to commit to. Most men, are not going to last in this "sport" for more than several months. The ones who do, will not usually last past a couple years. I myself, have been in and out of PE for the last 9 years . I don't say this to make myself out as some 'holier than thou' type, but just to make a point. I could have made my gains (2" in length, 1.25" in girth) in a much smaller fraction of that time had I chosen to, but life, and other commitments often get in the way....and these things usually knock a man out of this stuff after a while.

I have returned to PE again purely out of my own desire to see if I can continue to make gains...right now in length. I do not have a set 'goal', just a desire to push forward. I am very optimistic about the strapped vac stretching setup I have been sharing here, and elsewhere. I think it holds a lot of promise, and I'm seeing fatigue in areas similar to when I was hanging for length.

My belief continues to be that the penis, from a purely physiological standpoint is not some magical, mysterious creature. Rather, a composition of flesh, tissues, some collagen, and some ligaments. In other words, it can be stretched, expanded, and manipulated just like any other area of the human body. Doctors in China, have been perfecting for the last several years a technique where the bones of the legs are cut, and then "stretching" type devices (bolted into the leg bones) with dials that are adjusted daily, are turned, and over several months.....longer legs! Anywhere from a few inches to over 6 inches longer. The LEGS ARE MUCH BIGGER in size, and just as complex if not more so than a penis.

Sorry for the 'rant', just my thoughts.

lucky... I wish I could lift weights, I can't hardly lift weights because of my asthma... back in last august, I had a severe allergic reaction to ceftin(a penicillin type drug), and, obviously I was allergic to ceftin, because I was also allergic to penicillin.. anyway, we went to the allergist last tuesday, and the allergist said that the reaction upset my asthma...so I can't hardly do anything, however, I can do exercises like using the tredmill, take a 30 minute walk, but nothing to cause me to get overheated..I find this jelqing technique very very very easy. However there are some techniques I'm having trouble with..such as the kegel, and the V stretch..I wouldn't think they would cause me to upset my asthma though

                    hi you boys
in my opinion gains stop when your brain and faith stop.to make gains you must make big efforts and most of all you must spend time and believe in what you do.PE gains stop or better are less (because you always gain a little) when you are happy whith what you have built and most of all when you start getting bored.
What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

I agree! Gains can be limitless if you apply the power of thought, "law of Attraction." I do not believe the body reaches a limit in building strength or muscle either. The blocks are more mental than physical.

I never thought gains could actually be limitless and that it is based on the power of the mind/brain. Would genetics play a part in it too? I was told recently that the amount of gains that you get may stop eventually, is that right? A 'plateau' is what you would call it? I'm all for PEing to the size that you want and it would be great if you could PE and see results forever, that would rock indeed. No, that would kick ass and take names!

I know this throws this off topic a bit but i had a bad reaction to keflex also in the penicillin familly of antibiotics. Being a home health Assistant for chronically ill quadroplegics for years i learned a few remedies for asthma. Caffeine is one, but more impressive for astma is Korean Gensing. When you have a severe asgtma attack and you go the the emergency room what do they give you? They give you magnesium! So asthma sufferers should take at least 600mg of Magnesium everyday. No im not a doctor!

You take it easy until you recover from asthma, it is possible to recover from it.
