Some time ago I read a thread from Dustpan with above title. I understand he has been lifting a lot of weight. I can understand the benefits of lifting weight but my understanding of the body systems is that to every system in a living body, animal or human ,there is a limit and the gains can not be infinite. Often after an '' OPTIMUM level'' of exercise and weight training when you would have the maximum gain, you are not going to have further gains if not actual damage.
May be when it comes to penis the above law does not apply and you can continue to have indefibite gains. It will be very good of any one who is using weights extensively to come out with their facts and figures for the benefit of others. It will be most interesting to know that gains in length through weight training has not been at the expense of sexual performance in real life situation i.e. having sex with a woman of average height and built.
I think extreme measures of exercising and weight gain should carry a word of caution for the new users of the site in addition to the warning already in place at the beginning of this site. All men are same in most ways but one or two exceptions in any case should not be a sufficient proof that this will be true in all cases. Individual examples of extreme nature are good cases for studies and they should come forward to the experts in this area but should always convey a word of caution to others when narrating their experience.
I request all the community on this site to respond to my thread, giving your views freely whatever do you think. This will help many people including myself to understand the realistic goals which we can have from PE which does work.
