    Hello, I am having trouble keeping my griip after 15-20 sec. my hand slips off. Any one have a solution?

    Misleading title, anyways... try keeping your hands and your penis dry. Put some talcum powder on your fingertips and penis another alternative is to wear surgical gloves(not kidding) that's my two cents worth.

      I typically will take a square of toilet paper and fold it into a strip that is about a half-inch wide. Then I apply it to the proper grip area under the glans and wrapping it around. This usually provides enough grip to perfor the basic stretches.

          Toilet paper is good especially if the sessions is not so long. Also I usually wash my hands with hot water and washing-up liquids to remove any fat or oils from my hands, it improves the grip a lot. I find that I get a really good grip after a shower for some reason, so that's another thing you can try. Good luck!

            I am cut. I find it easiest to stretch by wrapping my first two fingers and thumb on my shaft just above the glans. The back of my hand would be facing up. The palm of my hand rests on the top of my glans. I don't wrap my ring or pinky finger around the glans. I find that just the additional friction of my palm on my glans allows me to hold the stretch for a very long time without ant slipping.
