Heya just wanted to give a little update on lubrication I'm currently using while jelqing. Almond Oil is pretty much perfect jelqing lubrication for me. I need to maybe apply it twice during my workout and that's it! With Coconut oil I had to add it maybe 3 times each workout. The smell of Almond Oil is just great I will stick now with Almond oil but I'm open minded to other lubrications too and will probably try later on Shea Butter.
Getting better with front reverse kegels. Found out the spot I need to stimulate and I'm able to many reps in a chain but having hard time maintaining normal breathing patterns. Today I learned how to jelq with a better form. I used to go over the base but after reading the beginners article I found out that it is not a good thing to do. I also put less pressure to my jelqs and stop before base and I actually feel them better. Tomorrow will be my 12th workout of JP90 since I started it from beginning
