    JockNess:

Welcome to the Gym! The handle suits you well.

    Advice:
-Read the free guide. It's there for a reason, and it will give you invaluable information that will help you gain more.
-Take it slow. If you rush into it early on, you're liable to cause yourself more harm than good. PE is healthy, but only when tackled properly.
    -Ask questions.

    Hope this helps Good luck.

Remek, thanks for hello and the best wishes, they are much appreciated.

I actually found the site, before I found the blog, but must say just reading through past threads has been a great help, even just seeing there are kindred spirits out there and also that the site appears truly genuine and not just out there to rip people off.

No worries about the questions, they will be coming thick and fast (pun intended :-)).

      cheers Jock
