    Am just wondering how errect % should ur penis be when ur doing the basic stretch

    Ideally it shouldn't be erect or like 25% erect.

        For a good stretch your penis should be flaccid. When you stretch you should grab most of the shaft not just the head.
        Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

        Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

            I mean the shaft of the penis. What I do is is make the sign of an o and grasp the penis with your index ,middle and thumb and pull straight out.

                vrox: The shaft is every part of your penis - excluding the head. For the most part, your penis consists of two parts:
                1. The shaft (the long part you stroke when you masturbate)
                2. The head (the most sensitive part of your body; your glans; where urine comes out of; etc)
