Almost two years in and it has been a fun journey. Started with an x4 extender and a Bathmate. I have gained but not one full inch in length. But my EQ is great and PE is very enjoyable and keeps me occupied.
February 1 - 11 hours Phallosan
February 2 - sleeping with it on and will see how it goes.
well it fell off at some point so not so well.
February 3 - 25 minutes of Bathmate use at low pressure. 12 hours Phallosan.
4th - 12 hours Phallosan 5 minutes jelqing 20 minutes Bathmate
5th - 12 hours Phallosan in yellow 1/4 of the way up.
6th - 5 hours Phallosan
7th - 5 jelqing, 5 warmup stretches, 20 minutes bathmate extreme
8th - 5 hours Phallosan, 5 minutes jelq, 25 minutes Bathmate Extreme, 9 hours Phallosan, 15 minutes Penomet
9th - day off
10th - 5 hours slept with Phallosan on light tension half way up green. 17 minutes Penomet, 1.5 hours Phallosan, 8.5 hours
11th - 4 hours Phallosan, air pump at 5 hg or below for 25 minutes but did pulse up to 15 hg for a few seconds.
12th - 3 hours Phallosan, 30 minutes air pump, 3 minutes jelqing, 10 minutes clamping. The pump, Jelq, clamp was done consecutively and base girth got to 6 1/4 inches. 4 hours Phallosan, 3 minutes Jelq, 25 minutes air pump at 5 hg, 7 hours Phallosan.
13th - 45 minutes air pump with a break of a few minutes after 30 minutes. During the first session did milking for 3 minutes then spiking for 7 minutes. Up to 10 hg then down to 3 hg. 9 hours Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump.
14th - 1 hour air pump every twenty minutes took a short reak, at second break did 2 to 3 minutes jelqing, also did pulse pumping towars end. went up to 10hg down to 3 then slowly up to did, then a sprint to 10 , there for a couple of seconds then down to 3hg. did this for seven minutes. 5 hours Phallosan, 10 minutes air pump at 5 hg. the last pump session my unit was feeling very worked out so I stopped PE for the day.
15th - 10 minutes jelqing, 1 hour air pump, two breaks, pulse pumping the last five minutes. 6.5 Phallosan, break for fourty-five minutes, then 2.5 Phallosan, 57 minutes air pump, withe a few breaks each for a minute or two, pumped at 5 or 6 hg, did pulse pumping for five minutes.
16th - 30 minutes manual stretching all bond le stretches. 1 hour air pump changing pressure from 3 to 5 hgs
17th - 15hours Phallosan, 80 minutes air pump from 3 to 5 hgs. 2 breaks for a minute or two. No pulse pumping or milking the tube.
18th - rest day
19th - 20 minutes water pump, 12 hours Phallosan.
20th - 2 hours Phallosan, was a light day.
21st - 1 hour air pump, hour break, 20 minutes Penomet. 5hours Phallosan.
22nd - 45 minutes manual stretching mostly bundle, 1 hour air pump, 5 Phallosan
23rd- 5 minutes manual, 12 Phallosan, 1 hour air pump at 5hg
24th - 30 minutes manual, half directional the other half bundle, light day
25th - 10 minutes Bathmate extreme, Phallosan 10 hours, 7 minutes jelqing, 1 hour air pump at 5 or 6 hg, milked the cylinder for three minutes and tilted the cylinder left, right and downright and downleft to stretch the ligs. It felt great.
26th - 40 minutes air pump, 15 hours Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump 6 hg
27 th rest day
28th - 10 minutes Penomet and then Bathmate, a mminute break at five minutes to switch devices, 1 hour air pump, 5 minutes spiking up to 15 hg then down. 1 hour Phallosan.
