Starting a new month and will increase the usage of the Phallosan. I believe my tunica provides more resistance to growth than my smooth muscle.

I am trying to pump first then go into the Phallosan. Only problem with this is that I get massive expansion and it makes it difficult putting on the Phallosan, my base girth was 6 1/4 after using the pump for 55 minutes today. I have to use the large dome on the Phallosan after pumping, then after awhile usually a couple of hours I have to go down to the size I would normally use --medium dome-- to continue stretching with the extender.

March 1 - 55 minutes air pump 7.5 hg and would milk the tube. I did it diffently, I would pull my legs up and kegel to get a higher hg,12 in this instance, then relax the kegel and try to push my penis up and that would cause the hg to drop to 7 hg. I did this for about 5 minutes. Start Phallosan 6, hours. going to sleep with the device on but at a very low tension level. Half way up the green marker.
March 2 - 7 hours slept with the Phallosan on, low tension, no problems, woke up 50 minutes in air pump 7 to 8 hg. Last 3 minutes pucshe the pump towards my feet then up towards my chest and the hg went up and down it was a nice workout and I recommend you try it as it is easier than milking the pump. 8 ​hours Phallosan. throughout the evening stretches here and there. 30 minutes air pump 5 hg.
March 3 - 20 minutes air pump, 9.5 ​Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump 7.5 hg.
March 4 - 10 Phallosan
March 5 - rest day
March 6 - 25 minutes air pump
March 7 and 8 - light manual stretching 10 minutes each day, on the 8th 45 minutes air pump
March 9 - 15 hours Phallosan, 20 minutes air pump at 5 hg.
March 10 - 6​ hours Phallosan, 40 minutes air pump at 6 or 7 hg.
March 11 - 3 hours Phallosan one hour break 12 hours Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump 6 to 7 hg.
March 12 - 10 hours Phallosan, two hour break, 1 hour air pump at 7 hg, 15 minutes clamping
March 13 - 12 hours Phallosan in high yellow, 30 minutes air pump at 5 hg.
March 14 - 1 hour air pump at 4 hg, break for a few hours 15 minutes clamping, another break only an hour, 1 hour air pump at 5 hg. start Phallosan at 230. 1 hour Phallosan, break because edema from what was likely pumping and clamping. Will wait until some of it subsides then go back to the extender. Did not go back as my unit was tired. In fact I had a little ED but in the morning I had decent wood, good but not the normal great. Perhaps clamping did me in, so to speak.
March 15 - The Ides of March. Great workout today 20 minutes of manual then right into the Phallosan 5 hours. Did three and a half on yellow tension then used the device as a hanger for the next hour and it was maxed out in the red and the last half hour, used as designed in the high green. a small break, hot water warmup for 5 minutes then 30 minutes air pump, ten minute break, then 15 minutes with the Bathmate extreme.
March 16 - 1 hour air pump. 7 hg got up to 6 1/4 girth at base and 6 mid shaft. Of course this was temporary. The potector cap on the Phallosan broke so no use.
March 17 - Tried the Phallosan without the protector cap and no issues with it. In fact the device was easier to put on and more comfortable. Used the device for 14 hours. 40 minutes of pumping at 7hg.
March 18 - Had a lot of edema from the airpump the previous night and did not use the Phallosan. 45 minutes of airpump usage at night but only 3 hg.
March 19 - 50 minutes of air pump at varying degrees of hg from 3 to 8 but mostly at 6.
March 20 - rest day
March 21 - 6 hours Phallosan, break for an hour air pump for 1 hour then 5 hours in the Phallosan had to use the big dome.
March 22 - 1 hour air pump, 10.5 hours Phallosan first two with big dome.
March 23 - 15 minutes Bathmate extreme30, ten hour break then 35 minutes air pump.
March 24 - 10.5 hours Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump
March 25 - 15 minutes Bathmate, 10.5 hour Phallosan, 45 minutes air pump, 20 minutes Bathmate.
March 26 - 2 hoursPhallosan
March 27 -rest day
March 28 - 6.5 one hour break 6.5 hours again Phallosan
March 29 - 31st - Slacked off due to vacation.

March Phallosan total 176 hours
2015 total 415 hours
