Today's routine was 8 minutes stretching with 4 sets as follows (up, left, right circles) , (straight out, left, right, circles), (down, left, right, circles), and 3 repetitions of bundled stretches. Each subset stretch was for 30 seconds so the routine took 7 1/2 minutes. Then I did 4 minutes of wet jelqing followed by the Bathmate X40 hydro-pump for 22 minutes. When my unit is held it feels good --pun unintended-- to know it is getting thick. When beginning th PE program my unit was/is wide enough, left to right, close to 2 inches but it is very narrow from the top side to the other around 3/4 of an inch. Imagine a rectangular shape. So manual stretching is difficult and using a countdown timer, listening to music, watching tv did not make the time pass quickly. For me the secret to making time seem to pass quickly is playing subject line game. I make a dragon (30 minutes to create) and before you know it, the time is up.
