My choice, my goal

Started the journey towards the penis size I always wanted.

    1. 11 minutes of jelqing.

    2. 15 minutes of pumping with the red Penomet gaiter.

    3. 25 minutes of manual stretching in various directions. Mostly side to side. Would do 100 reps then take a few seconds for a break then change hands.

    Took, my supplements, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.

    Morning wood was not good. Due to reasons outside of PE.

    2. 10 minutes of jelqing.

    3. Jai stretches on and off all day.

    Took, my supplements, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.

    Again great morning wood. edged a few times then just blew my load.

    I have been away for awhile but now I am back.

    1. did 20 minutes of stretching in various directions.

    2. Use a water based penis pump for 20 minutes.

    3. Jelqed for 15 minutes.
    I took the same supplements listed previously and have been very hard and long lately when I get up. Morning wood has been great.

    I do not think I gained on July 4 but I feel rested and ready to workout more.

    Hard --pun not intended-- to pause PE

    I am going to take a week off of PE but it pains me because it is such an enjoyable activity for me. Reading through blogs and advice it seems that taking a week off every four to six weeks is most beneficial for erection quality and penis size gains. So I will heed the advice of the collective and send you all positive vibrations to get the most and best out of your penis excercises over the next week.

    So although I will not be here I will support you in my prayers while I am away. ...

    1. 15 minutes warm up with rice sock.

    2. 600 side to sides. took 35 minutes. My side to sides is 100 reps --1 rep is from left side of leg to right back to left is a rep-- then back from beneath balls up to straight out and back. Doing side to side and low to straight out comprises 100 reps.

    Took my supplements, Semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plusveggie smoothie.

    3. Did 4 hours of extending at 7 5/16 inches bone pressed flaccid length. I think I am currently ...
