  • Vinny's Progesss Log (3rd Week)

    Starting Stats:

    BPEL: 5.25"
    EG: 4.50"

    Goals:

    BPEL: 7+
    EG: 5.5

    3 Weeks:
    BPEL 5.50"
    EG: 4.75"

    Routine: Basic Routine 2/15/08 -3/07/08

    I gained a quarter inch in length and girth in the first week.
    Also a question here! I weight lift alot; so should that increace my gains?
    Seeing as I am building up more testosterone then other guys???

    congratulation vinny on your success, i aiso had the same question as i heard serious weight lifting specially leg raise can shrink ur P if u don't wear tights underneath.Just let me know if u get the right information.

      Vinny: Welcome to The PE Gym! Good to have you here.

      As for your question, there really isn't a "solid" answer yet. It possibly could help your gains (especially squats), but this isn't for certain. What is for certain is that both bodybuilders and couch potatoes have made gains.
