  • My Routine

So I just started two days ago, here is what I do...

warm-up: hot towel 5 minutes (re-heating it every minute)
stretches (20 seconds in each direction)

work-out: 500 jelques (reverse OK sign)

    Then I repeat the warm-up.

    Any advice?

Welcome to the PE Gym, Spicoli. If you are going to do this for 5 days in a row, I'd suggest thet you cut down to 250 wet Jelqs per day and substitute around 90 "V" Jelqs.

I've got a Tiger by the tail.

What type of lubrication should I use for wet jelqs? And what are "V" jelqs?

You could use baby oil with vit E or aloe vera. V jelqs are done over hand with the spock sign grip.

Can I use lotion? And are the "V" jelqs done by spreading your index and middle finger apart and sliding it down the shaft?

                One more time for this:

Look at your hand, spread the 3rd and 4th fingers into a "V"
Point yout hand straight down. Curl your fingers toward your abdoman.
Insert the base of your penis into the "V" Tighten your grip and slide your hand from the base to the glans.
When you reach the glans, hold the stretch for a second or two and then start your other hand up. When you reach halfway up the shaft, release the grip from your first hand and return it to the base of your penis.
Using both hands counts as one rep. Use lots of lube for this exercise as you want to slide smoothly up the shaft. The point of the "V" Jelqs is; To move the blood bulge up the shaft in a stretch and to keep the glans, engourged. I use a water based lube with E and Aloe. The brand name is "Suave" found everywhere. Try and stay around 50-60% erected for the "V" Jelqs. Hope this helps. JP

Nope. A writtin description is the best I can do. Guess you'll just have to fumble around and figure this out for yourself.

Will I be just fine if I just continue what I am doing?
