    Ok, I've been PEing for a little over 8 months and have done everything,except pumping, and I just had a couple thoughts on PE, factors in gains, and the importance of kegals.

    First off what sparked this was an episode of MANswers where they talked about ways to lengthen your penis, where they said the only way was through surgery,, and how it is done by cutting the tendons that hold the penis to expose the 1-3 inches of "hidden penis" that we all have. This made me really start to think about PE and what we are doing and this is where my train of thought has led me. I think that PE is actually the process of streching these supporting tendon or w/e it is that is supporting our penis and concealing our "hidden penis". So, as we allow these muscles to stretch and extend further, they will allow more "hidden penis" to be exposed. Now, I also believe that the actual penis itself can be streched and lengthened with tension and jelqs...which would explain the impresive gains of some. This would also explain how some men gain quicker/faster than others. Some are streching support muscles, while others are actually streching the penis and the ones who gain quicker are ones who are doing a combination of both.

    My next thought is of kegals and their importance to EVERYTHING! I have noticed how much longer it takes to get off since I stared doing kegals, a couple hundred every other day, and how poor my EQ is when I do too many kegals but how great it is a couple days afterwards . Now I have been neglecting my kegals and I have still been wearing my extender and ADSing about 2-4 hours a day and noticed that when fully erect, I do not have a 1oo% full erection, instead it's at about 85% and I can kegal to 100% and hit well over 6" while i was at 5.85" about 1 month ago. I feel that kegals help retain blood in the penis and maintain/support streching/gains. Now I will commit to kegals as well as stretching ad hopefully these gains will stick.

    Any thoughts? Plz tell me if I'm restating common knowledge or just talking outta my ass about nonsense.

    You touched on several things that make perfectly good sense but you need to see the difference in lengthening and making bigger. The tendon cutting and stretchers will make your unit longer, if you don't have a manual exercise routine your EQ will tend to be lower and you will never see any gains in girth. Take a measurement of your BPEL against you BPFSL, this will tell you where your exercises need to be focused for having a well balanced routine.

    I've talked with several women and read several articles on this, girth will always be more pleasurable to a woman. Men seem to be more focused on gaining length to show off in the locker rooms. I would much rather want something that will please my wife instead of make the guy's look and point at me. JMO.

    As far as 1-3 inches that sounds like a pretty big number to me. Unlike just stretching and cutting, PE actually grows and expands the existing tissues to make your entire unit larger and not just longer. You also need to read the side effects of having these useless tendons cut, it's very dangerous and not even guaranteed to work. I have made very good gains with PE using only basic manual exercises and stretches, I don't see any need for using anything else at the moment.

    Kegels are an excellent exercise but must be used in moderation, everything that they give to you can just as easily be taken away if you over-do them. The good thing is all it takes is a little rest and your back good as new.

      I completely agree, surgery is unnecessary and can have some serious side effects while still not resulting in any gains.
      Why pay for something when you can get it for free?

        there is no such thing as a "hidden penis"

        there is a penis, and its length, which will be stretched with stretches

        read the TGC theory (or something like that), brilliant work

          I did say that I heard all this business about "hidden penis" on MANswers, right?

          These weren't my ideas, just my ideas of how important kegels are.

          I do take it personally that you have the nerve to come into an old thread I made a few YEARS ago that has been dead and start preaching to me. While you may have had the intention of enlightening me, you only managed to piss me off a little. I've been around for a while and the TGC theory is nothing new to me. I've learned a lot over the years since this thread and drudging it up with your "advice" is kinda insulting.
