I decided to take it from 1-2 fasts per week to bump it up to only eating 1 large meal every single day. I consume most of my calories during a 30-minute window that varies between 20 and 27 hours apart. energy is increasing at the gym and I just feel better in general. it is funny that I havent ate at a buffet in years and have a new-found appreciation for Asian lunch buffets. in relation to PE... my EQ is outstanding.
its been almost 12 hours out of 24 of liquids-only. I do not feel bad at all. I did a lighter/longer duration pumping routine last night to get a re-pump from the heavier jelqing+pumping routine from the night before. then I took 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and 2000 mg of L-arginine before laying down (the concept of optimized blood flow while sleeping may help with growth, imo) and woke up with an erection of 11 on the eq scale. about to get some work done outside and hit up the gym tonight. it ...
the first day of fasting already showed positive results. after 20 hours of only liquids (mostly water and sipping on a few cups of coffee) I had an erection that lasted for around 30 minutes with basically no physical stimulation. it was in the 9-10 range and had precum and everything. went on to do my PE routine a few hours later and my erections felt even more powerful.
