    I have been doing PE (the 90 day routine) for some weeks now and have gained 5" inch in girth (always measures over 6" now)

    I am doing 75 Kegel/BC excercises every other day.

    I have noticed the straight out stretches and the stretches to the side go well, but when I stretch upwards, there is a very strong resistance.

    I am left holding skin and the internal part of the penis wants to slip back almost like a muscle or something is actively pulling against my upward stretches. What might this be?

    Also do I have to touch the tips of my fingers when making the OK grip?

    I haven't been,could this be causing the length issue?

    I can answer one of your questions, when stretching you must learn to relax everything. What you feel is an automatic response, when you pull it pulls back to protect that part of your body, kinda like trying to bite your tongue. Ease up on the stretches and learn when this starts to happen and relax enough to make it stop and then slowly increase as you go. You may need to change your routine with a longer duration lighter pull stretch until you get adjusted. Hope this helps, HT.

      Oh my! I meant .5" or 1/2" not 5"
