  • Too much too soon...

    Although I'm still a newbie, there seems to be a lot of people that come by here, have a quick go at the routines waiting for something to happen immediately and then give up. Then on the other side of the fence, you have people that want to to do everything straight away.

    I come from the camp of reading as much as I can and getting a good overall picture before attempting anything, however one thing that I haven't been able to answer is this. Appreciating that everyone is different so results may vary, but my question is:

    Do you think that jelqing and manual stretching can utilise decent gains alone or do you think to get the best results, you have to incorporate ADS and hanging?

    I would imagine the answer would be "yes stretching and jelqing will get you decent gains if you're committed. However once you hit that wall of not growing anymore, you may need to adopt new methods to increase size".

    I've probably answered my own question, but I'd be interested to hear of anyone here that have been very happy with their gains just through jelqing and manual stretching.

    Yep, you answered your own question, that would have been my response exactly.

    The key to continued gains is a gradual increase in time/force. Once your penis adapts, up the ante. If you hit the ground running by doing too much too fast, you'll only manage to strengthen your penis very quickly. I think a lot of guys miss out on some good gains by doing this.

      I've been PEing for about two weeks. I do 5 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of stretching and 40-45 minutes of Jelqing each day (5 days on then 2 off) then a warm down. Is this TOO much for a beginner? My PEs seem good but I do notice soreness in my Penis almost like the soreness I get in my arms from doing curls.

        I would cut the jelqing down to about 10-15 minutes, 40-45 minutes is a lot for a beginner. Everything else looks good.
