  • Am I dry jelquing wrong?

(I jelq starting with a normal ok grip, once I reach my glands, I use the same hand (or sometimes switch to my other hand) and start with an overhand OK grip, once I reach the top, I lift up that hand and then I do a C grip. When I dry jelq, after I move one hand up towards the glands, I dont place the other hand at the base of the shaft, I restart the jelq with a the overhand OK grip.
Should I constantly be altering hands without lifting one, or am I ok?

I just read the beginners 90day routine, so I just added the V jelq to my routine

I ask this because after roughly 3 months of jelqing (for the first month or 2 I never did proper stretching.. my fault) I have gained around a half inch or so. Its been within these past few weeks which I have also began to take suppliments, and since that I have really felt and noticed the difference, (which I the feeling is starting to wear off- I'm probably just adjusting to it).

So have I been improperly jelqing and not a sufficient amount of stretching? Also, my LOT is at 6, so this could be one of the things holding me back.
When I started to jelq, I usedd a lot of pressure with the grips, I thought that since I could barely feel anything, I just needed the jelq to be very intense- now I just apply a decent amount of intensity, but jelq for longer periods of time (20-25min)

If you can answer any of my questions it would be greatly appreciated. I understand that I havent explained everything perfectly, I'm just in a hurry at the moment, so I tried to sum it up.
    Thanks

My suggeston would be; Wet Jelq. You want your hand to slide up the shaft, not pull the skin. Follow the wet Jelqing guide in the 90 day routine.

I've got a Tiger by the tail.
