  • cramp oh my god!!!!

I will start with: make a very good warm up and make sure that the penis is very warm and flausid when you finish PE.
now please listen this:I have read before 20 days that it is better a cold cool down than making the penis warm in the end of penis enlargment time in this forum.....
now listen what have happened to me and you will wish not to happen to you who make the same mistake.

After a weak of penis enlargment and with cooling down my penis with cold water in all endings of pe in each day I have had a cramp in my penis.(like what it happens in your legs if you play football without warming up but this hapened to my penis!!!!)
I was siting and my girlfriend was in my legs in a restaurant with many people when this happened.I was very scary i didn't know what to do.I was feeling like my penis has being cut of.I started screaming and i couldnt feel my legs also because i was very afraid.I am lucky that i havent have a heart atack.I realy mean it you guys I have felt that it has being cut.

now:after 10 days i continue my PE program but very very carefully and with very good warm up.I have not see any problems since that day.
if anyone knows anything about penis cramps please let me know....thanks a lot.
What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

"Cooling down" is just a term- you're not supposed to use cold water The cool down is performed pretty much the same way a warm up is done. Use hot wraps/soaks and massage.

You may have a calcium/magnesium defiecency. The lack of these two minerals is usually the culprit when it comes to cramps.
