  • Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL

I have just started talking this supplement and I am on my second day. It is slightly different to the AAKG as apparently the esther allows the arginine to pass through the intestine intact therefore only needing a smaller dose and longer lasting Nitrous oxide vascularity. So far on my second day I have experienced a little extra pump all over and a higher libido (but that could just be me , and my penis feels like it could be harder but hard to know as its only two days). I have also experienced much higher energy levels so that is a sign its working, as in I dont need my usual weekend coffee. Anyway I am on 1.2 - 1.5 grams a day in the morning empty stomach. Here's a review:

Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL (AEE) is an arginine amino acid with an ester attached. Esters are organic compounds that are formed by esterification - the reaction of carboxylic acid and alcohols. Arginine Ethyl Ester can not be obtained via dietary means and must be obtained via supplementation.
What does it do and what scientific studies give evidence to support this?
Arginine Ethyl Ester is a new kind of arginine. It is, technically, an arginine derivative, so the ergogenic effects will be similar to those of regular L-arginine, but the presence of an ester will make the ergogenic effects of Arginine Ethyl Ester more pronounced.
As good as regular L-arginine is, it's inherently limited. The first of its limits are its limited absorption through the intestine. Whereas Arginine Ethyl Ester can pass through the intestine largely intact, regular L-arginine is mostly degraded in the intestine, leaving only trace amounts of the ingested dose active.
Because of the rapid breakdown of L-arginine in the intestine, its effects on NO2 regulation and hemodialation are limited. This rapid breakdown also limits the ability of L-arginine to promote muscular growth via increases in exercise endurance and the delivery of nutrients to working muscle tissue via the muscle pump. Muscle growth and cellular function are all positively impacted by L-arginine, and currently accepted models of arginine metabolism suggest that these processes may be positively impacted by Arginine Ethyl Ester to a greater degree.
The presence of the ester not only enhances the function of arginine and overcomes its inherent limitations, but the presence of an ester and increased absorption also reduce the need for large doses, which may put less stress on the body.
The presence of an ester may also prolong the generation of nitric oxide and extend the benefits of arginine over a greater time period. This may result in greater endurance, enhanced pumps, and quicker recovery from exercise.

Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency? Everyone may benefit from arginine ethyl ester supplementation - even persons for whom past l-arginine supplementation proved ineffective.

How much should be taken? Are there any side effects? Dosage amounts for Arginine Ethyl Ester range from one to four grams daily for maximum ergogenic effect. Arginine Ethyl Ester is best consumed in divided doses throughout the day so as to ensure sustained arginine release.
Individuals with existing heart or psychiatric conditions should consult with their physician prior to supplementing with arginine-based products.

Hi Slanker, where ya been? Missed you posting. What was the reason you started
taking these drugs in the first place?

Hey my man, I been just chilling. I'm not peing as much except the stretching twice a day in the shower but not for a long. I am still on a break, from kegels too.

It has always been my aim to take arginine, as stated by everyone even yourself as vital for blood flow and libido. I was just looking for the best version available. And this is what I found. As it is also beneficial to athletes, the primary use of it is for the NO pump in muscles, that is ideal for me as I am a boxer so I am also supplementing for that.

You suggested a gram a day of the pill version to load up on arginine. I find this version to be more effective in its release of arginine, from what I have read. It is basically the same as those pills but in powder and with an ester. I wanted to know roughly how long before I started noticing the harder erections?

So I am just sharing really, I was wandering if anybody had tried this but I guess not. I will let you know how it works for me, so far so good.

Well being from england, it cost me £7 for a hundred grams. I consider that cheap. I heard that it could take 2-3 weeks before it kicks in.

They have it over in the states because the place I get it from ships it over. I've seen loads of them for sale in the states. Its been out a while. Do a google search and I'm sure you will come up with something.

King, do you know what symptoms are they for being arginine deficient? I believe I am, as it is taking some time for me to notice anything other than high energy levels so far on day 5.

I would say angina is a sign of low arginine.
