  • Increasing routine

    Iv been PEing for now 11 weeks

    Iv juste upgraded my routine at the 10nd weeks

    from the basic routine i added one more set of strech, some internal and A strech.

    im jelquing for 15 min

    i was wondering in how many week should i increase this routine 2-3, 4???

    Should i go 2 days on 1 day off?

    And Il be able to start clampin about 24 weeks right? (6month)

    Iv no big gain now, only a bit bigger flacid length ..thats it...

    For hanging i should wait 6 month too??

    Congrats on the flaccid gains. Erect gains should follow soon. I would lay off the clamping and hanging until the manual gains have dried up.

    There are couple things you can try:

    1) When jelqing, focus on quality not quantity. Make sure each jelq is about 3-5 seconds long. Keep your erection percentage between the 50 and 75% mark.
    2) Ensure that heat is part of your routine. Take a hot shower before your routine or use a rice sock. Heat helps the tissues relax and expand beyond their normal length. Plus, heat will help prevent injuries.
    3) If you are noticing positive PIs, then I would increase to an 2 on/1 off schedule.
    4) Ever consider an ADS? The vac extender or Monty's PE weights are excellent choices.
    5) Try spicing up your routine by jelqing first and then stretching after. I find that if I stretch first, my penis doesn't stay hard enough for me to jelq properly.

    Hang in there. PE is a marathon, not a race. Keep persistent and you'll get gains.

      Thanks for the help, i appreciate,

      Like u said, I always take an hot shower and put Hot water on my penis, plus puting my penis in hot water glass, I always warm up correctly.

      For the Alll day strecher, Whats is the vac extender or montys PE weights??
      Can you tell me more about it??

      I dont experience problem by streching before, but ill try to see what it do monday if I jelq before

      And i was wondering if clamping would be good for avoiding turtling after My exercices, for 5 min or so??

      ill keep for my 12nd week one day on day off and for my 13nd ill go up for 2on 1 off.
      But if do 2on 1 off, should id keep kegeling 1 on 1 off??

          What are you confused about the What-A-Grip? Did you get one and try it?

              The What-A-Grip doesn't act as a ADS, but it does keep you flaccid length elongated. I wear the WAG all night when sleeping and through out the day.
              Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

              Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

                  Well, I'm forced to trake a break!!! Im uncut and i was about to have sex with my ex-girlfriend, but my "break" of my penis kinda cut a lil bit, it hurtsssooobadd, so i will be back when everything is gonna be alright, i was already a lil bit cut but i didnt tought it would cut one timeee, ouchhhh

                      The accident :'(
                      : The girl wasnt wet alot, and i was trying to put in doggystyle on the side, my break was a lil bit cut before (it happened a couple of week before but not much), because of PE, But i didnt wanted to take a break.
                      So i tryed to penetrated and it pull back the litlle cut skin so it cutted moree.!!

                      I called at the hospital today they told me everything is gonna heal by itself, so im stopin PE for now!!

                          Well IM still in my break, and My morning and night erect came back stronger, im wondering if I was overtraining a bit.
                          Maybe this break a good thing!

                          I think i'll start with the newbie routine on the forum when i'll be completly healed, is that a good idea?

                            Lilpmp: Sorry to hear about the accident. Good idea on laying off PE until it heals. Whenever you do return, it would be a good idea to start light as you mentioned - and the routine on the forum is a great place to start.
