Iv been PEing for now 11 weeks
Iv juste upgraded my routine at the 10nd weeks
from the basic routine i added one more set of strech, some internal and A strech.
im jelquing for 15 min
i was wondering in how many week should i increase this routine 2-3, 4???
Should i go 2 days on 1 day off?
And Il be able to start clampin about 24 weeks right? (6month)
Iv no big gain now, only a bit bigger flacid length ..thats it...
For hanging i should wait 6 month too??
