  • Couple Questions about kegeling...

Hi there, I started kegeling about 2 months ago and I've noticed some impressive gains so far but I had a couple questions. First off, on the days that you are kegeling, would it be safe to say you would ejaculate sooner due to the fact that your kegel muscle is already tired from the exercises you were doing? For example on the days that you kegel you wouldn't be able to last as long in bed. Also, if you stop kegeling for a while, would you lose the strength that you gained in it?

Keep on kegeling, yes if you stop kegeling you will lose the hardnesss of your erection and possibly stamina.

Yes, if you don't over work the BC muscle.

In response to your first question: I think there are so many other factors affecting EQ that your theory, though I am sure it is correct to a degree, probably has very little practical relevance unless, for instance, you really overwork the muscle and end up with bad EQ that same day, or take a break and regain it. But it's an excellent thought and a good question - one that every serious PE'er will come across eventually. So I guess the answer is yes and no... or, Yes, but not all the time. Sorry if this is unclear. Please tell me and I'll try to explain better.

And KP answered your second question.

          Cheers.

Yeah, no problem, Moonstrike, that's not stupid at all.

EQ stands for Erectile Quality, or how hard your erections are. I personally have kind of a hard time gauging it myself sometimes, but it's a learning process.
