Hi there, I started kegeling about 2 months ago and I've noticed some impressive gains so far but I had a couple questions. First off, on the days that you are kegeling, would it be safe to say you would ejaculate sooner due to the fact that your kegel muscle is already tired from the exercises you were doing? For example on the days that you kegel you wouldn't be able to last as long in bed. Also, if you stop kegeling for a while, would you lose the strength that you gained in it?

Keep on kegeling, yes if you stop kegeling you will lose the hardnesss of your erection and possibly stamina.

Yeah, no problem, Moonstrike, that's not stupid at all.
EQ stands for Erectile Quality, or how hard your erections are. I personally have kind of a hard time gauging it myself sometimes, but it's a learning process.Physiological Indicators (the original post)
