It has now been about a month since I quit coffee cold -turkey. I still get strong cravings, still in recovery from the dependency. What I have come to realize is that coffee, for me, was like an aphrodisiac. It gave me energy to get horny and then carry out PE practices. I used nasal snuff and dip pouches to make it easier to come off coffee, but tobacco is not good for sexual health.
My new path will be male libido supplements. Stuff thats packed with all the typical ingredients, like horny goat weed, maca, and ginseng. I have also been dabbling with mucuna pruriens and l-dopa. I had a theory that sexual pleasure was caused by dopamine, thus increasing dopamine would help sexual energy levels. I feel I had better results with l-tyrosine than mucuna pruriens, but I was also still on coffee when I was taking l-tyrosine.
I ordered three supplements from amazon, marketed for men and with the typical consortia of male virility herbs; mainly just weighted differently product to product. I guess this is kind of like the penis pill game, but these products all have proven ingredients, most of which have been discussed on site. I am looking for a burst of libido since breaking the coffee dependency. I want energy to work a physical job, PE aggressively, and bonus energy to join a gym and lift."I will lick my dick"

In my experience those types of supplements can have a slight impact on your libido, but to really supercharge your performance you need to do two main things:
1) put on a lot of muscle to get your T way up (and avoid all the things that kill T)
2) do some sort of cardio but do NOT overdo it. Cardio will improve your blood flow which is crucial for performance.
For #1- I recommend doing 5x5 strength training. Super simple, super efficient, super effective, one of the only big drawbacks is you'll need a gym that has a barbell, bench, and squat rack, or get your own. I've done it on an off for five years and when I've packed on serious muscle/strength, my libido goes way, way up.
Look into Stronglifts 5x5, that guy changed my life.
For #2- HIIT training is ideal. Secondarily, some sort of low intensity cardio like jogging, swimming or bicycling, for no more than 20 to 30 minutes daily....target should be 3 hours total per day, but never more than 30 minutes at a time. Doing it too often keeps your cortisol levels very high, and cortisol murders testosterone. I've seen the reduced libidos in various long-distance-running men whose wives I serviced, no joke. Or just men who are overall extremely fit, but constantly complaining about lack of energy, reduced recovery times, etc. Too much cardio is seriously a bad habit. Does no one remember the fate of the original Marathon runner? Plenty of long-distance runners die of heart attacks every year, the human body is not evolutionarily designed for exerting itself at a high heart rate for freakin' hours on end, day after day, that's simply foolish not to mention hell on your joints. We are built for short bursts of high energy output, and the occasional but rare feat of endurance.
As far as herbs go, ginger will have a big impact on your blood flow if you consume it daily in decent amounts. A strong ginger tea has a slight impact for me, but if you put a big slice of actual ginger root into a blender for a protein shake once daily, that will have bigger results.
Lastly, pomegranate juice has been shown to significantly increase testosterone. I have about 4 oz. of it daily for that purpose.
Hope this helps.Current stats (Nov. 2020):

Oh and I sympathize with the coffee withdrawals!
In my early 30's I quite coffee/caffeine cold turkey and after the initial headaches from hell, I got into a groove where I had super high energy and mental focus throughout the day, was incredibly efficient getting all sorts of things done. I was taking some fruit and veggie supplement powders at the time, felt they had a huge role to play, but they were very expensive.
Then I got back on the caffeine train and have never really gotten off....probably the Colombian side of me, loves it way too much.
A couple of years ago I went cold turkey again and tried substituting the occasional green or black tea when I was dying (dragging ass at work), but after about a month of that suffering I went back to coffee.
Not many people know that despite all the supposed health benefits of caffeine, it will slowly destroy your reproductive health and it does cause adrenal fatigue with the elevated cortisol. For that reason I may try to ween myself off of it again one day, but gradually, not cold turkey....and I'll be replacing coffee with coffee.....just with decaf. Real decaf, the super expensive kind that goes through some gas filtration process I can't remember the name of now.Current stats (Nov. 2020):

I started on this (https://www.ebay.com/itm/324194714230) supplement. The main ingredient is HGW. Does anyone have opinions of dosage for this? The recommended dose has one gram of HGW but there is alot of other stuff including yohimbe so I don't want to overdose.

My God, what a typo. I meant 3 hours total per WEEK, not per day!Current stats (Nov. 2020):

I use epimedium / horny goat weed sometimes. It does seem to have a small effect on me when I take it consistently, which I can't say for just about everything else I've tried in the herbs and supplements categories.
I see that one also has yohimbe. That stuff can be one hell of a stimulant, potentially dangerous for some. I once took a mixture that had that for a couple of days, and on the second day had a scary couple of minutes where my heart rate shot way up and stayed there and I felt light-headed. I wasn't doing any activity at all at the time. Never in my life have I ever had issues with my heart, blood, so that was freaky. Last time using yohimbe for me.Current stats (Nov. 2020):

At what dose of yohimbe did you get negative effects? This supp at recommended dosage is I believe a very moderate dose.
