there are alot of people who use it successfully for ed.

i was considering it before i found out my venous leak was due to hypogonadism.

I believe that not2big uses prostaglandin E-1 injections.

I used Trimix which includes prostaglandin for about three years but after two years its effectiveness started to decline. I haven't used for the past four months.

When it was working, it was great - 60 plus minutes of hard erection.

I have heard this before. Do you know why it becomes less effective?

No. Nor does my urologist. I am a diabetic and believe it is a result of increasing neuropathy - peripheral and autonomic.
