  • Prone Masturbation lead to ED

Here is my issue: Since I remember I was never able to have a full hard erection, I am 24 years old and I was able to have intercourse sometimes, others I couldnt. MY penis always get semi erected, even with masturbation and never fully hard, always faces down and is lazy, although I can ejaculate with no problem and as I said I was able to have intercourse lets say half of the times I tried. I think the issue is related to the prone masturbation I used to practice when I was younger, since I started to masturbate until the age of 14 i used the prone masturbation which I think that it damaged the penis and caused ED. do you know if there is a solution for this type of ED? thanks for your help!

Have you stopped masturbating this way?

Are you used to masturbate watching porn? If this is the case, then definitely stop watching it and you will notice a huge improvement after a few months.

With or without porn, you need to train your body to get off on feeling.. stimulation..

My guess is, your pelvic floor is imbalanced and your wiring is clustered. You need to reset your pleasure switch and your pelvic floor. Stop kegeling during stimulation and stop fast jacking.

          ..but I'm just assuming.

thanks for your advice! doesnt pelvic floor imbalance cause early ejaculation but not ED? do you think that by stopping kegeling and fast jacking will solve the issue (I almost never fast jack)? As I said before, I was never able to have a fully erect penis, my penis is very flacid and the only way I was able to have some intercourse is on missionary otherwise impossible. I think some nerves might be damaged by prone masturbation.

Yes an imbalanced PF can cause premature ejaculation, but a severely imbalanced PF can indeed cause ED. Anxiety can also cause ED. Many things can cause ED. Am I getting off track?

Nerve damage? If you touch your penis, can you feel it? Does it feel good, I mean effing great, if/when you touch the pleasure zones? What exactly makes you think you have nerve damage? Do you have any numbness? Tingling?

Sounds like EQ issues as well, but one thing at a time.

thank you again! but doesnt that imbalance come later on time? becuase since I have memory i could not have a single fully erection even when I masturbate alone, thats why i ruled out anxiety. I do not have any pain or anything weird when I touch it, just thought that prone masturbation could have make a dmage on it.

to make you have an idea, On the imge on the link bellow showing the delevopment of a penile erection, my erections are like picture number 3, the really "hard ones" I had could reach a bit less than number 4.

                    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erection

do you think it could be any other problem than the PF imbalance?

So you cannot remember even one time where your erection stood straight? Tbh some people do have erections that can be hard and face downwards.

Listen to Jay, sounds like bad masturbation habits, and a dysfunctional PF. You have to train your body to fix these habits and balance your PF.

Other possibilities? Are you overweight? Do you workout/do cardio regularly? How is your diet? Mental health?

Only other possibilities are poor circulation from above factors or anxiety(hard to believe it is this if it happens when you are alone too).

its not that it face downwards only, its not hard as a full erection should be, its flaccid, as I showed on the image 3. im not overweight and I do exercise 2 times a week, physically and mentally I am okay and this is not an issue that came up a few years ago asi I said, it was always like this, Yes, I do not remember a single full erection, since I was young I knew there was something wrong with it, thats why I related this to prone masturbation, which I stopped it when I was around 14. I will try not to masturbate (day 7 without it so far) and kegeling as Jay1983 suggested!
thanks a lott for your help!!!
