  • supplaments

I have been contemlating trying a supplament or supplaments in hopes that maybe it would/could help with my ED problem. All of my doctors say these do nothing and are a wasts of money. Im thinking it cant hurt to try right? Aftetall the meds the doc wants to prescribe are extremely expensive. So with all that being said Im asking the advise and input on what supplaments I could or maybe shouldn't take? I was thinking about L-arganine, green tea or ginseng. Mainly just because i saw them mentioned on this website. I figured i would try to get the advise of an expert before i go spending money. Anyway thanks in advance

I'm 30 years old and yes, suffering from ED problems. Neither my doctor or urologist reccomended any kind of supplement, in fact they seemed pretty adamant that they're a waste of money. But I've been reading through this website about supplements(5g's, L-arganine) and it seems as though it might be at least worth a shot right? Even viagra isn't a complete cure right? And its obviously very expensive. Anyway thanks for the input. Any advise is appreciated.

What did they say was the origin of your ED issues?

That my friend, is the whole problem, it seems. And that's so frustrating. I don't know. And my doctors dont seem to know. They just want to write a prescription and send me out the door(don't mean to knock on docs just trying to be honest). I want the problem diagnosed and for them to offer some sort of solution.

Maybe you should try new doctors? Their job is to give you a diagnosis.

How often are you masturbating? Do you masturbate to porn? Are you sexually active with someone?

Please outline when you began to notice a problem and under what circumstances they occurred under.

What kinds of tests (if any) have you undergone?

Yes, cup82 maybe i should, and i certainly agree with what you said. I've been to the urologist once and i have a follow up scheduled. Im gonna go to that and try to be patient, but im not holding my breathe for them to do anything.
Jay1983...I basically stopped masturbating with the exception of trying to do the jelging excersises that i read about on this website. Btw i am new here, still trying to learn the jelging and kagels.

Ask the doc if he knows what the issue is and if he does not that simply ask him to refer you to someone that may know. Trust me he won't get mad at you for saying that.

Big Al....it's difficult for me to figure out an exact time line, but it seems to have started about a year ago. I do suffer from aanxiet/depression and take klonipin. I know that could be the problem. I used to drink heavily but slowed considerably, basically quit, i was concerned that that was the problem.

Anxiety appears to be the chief cause of ED among younger men. If you'd gone from associating potential sexual activity with something pleasurable to something to be apprehensive or even fearful about, there's likely a strong psychogenic component to your issue.

Literature suggests Klonopin can contribute to ED.

Yea i know about klonipin unfortunately. That's why I want to get off of it. That alone causes some cause i think it helps and i know it helps me sleep. Without it, it is very difficult for me to sleep. But if it is causing negative side effects i need to get off of it. Ughh what a crummy situation huh lol.

Do you have any advise or info on the supplements by any chance?(L-arganine, the 5 g'd) is worth investing the money or is it just a waste? I'm certainly willing to try anything lol
