    Hi everyone,
    Not seen this question on a thread earlier and I have been wondering.

    Are you guys posting on the ED forum because you were suffering of this before PE or has PE given you a lower EQ or given you ED and therefore you are looking for solutions?

    Looking forward for your replies!

      Well, I have had some 'sorry baby, this has never happened to me before' -experiences tooooo many times during the years. I came to PEGym to improve my erections and that's what I have done.

      During my six month PE career I have improved my erections but also there have been times that my EQ has gone down due to over-training. Currently I am fighting against a low EQ. I had a nice routine (consisting only different jelqing techniques) but I decided to spice things up a bit so I added tunica tugs, stretching and clamping. My cock said 'fuck you Elias' and went to sleep. I would say that I had an EQ of 9 and it went straight to 6.5.

      Now I am doing a very light basic jelqing routine to recover my erections and my EQ. I reckon my EQ is now 8.

      But the forum is full of solutions for low EQ and ED. I have been reading a lot about improving hardness and I have been helped by a couple of members. But the biggest help has been my own progress log. As I wrote, I had low EQ before so what I did now? I went back to read my log and the things I did then to improve EQ.

        Just wondering because I am doing JP 90 routine and I think I might be overtraining. Not aroused at all lately. Could be that I am not getting much sleep cause I am reading GYM posts all night. I had a rest day yesterday and I will give it another rest today to see if there is any improvement.

        You say you began a routine to improve EQ. Have you had the benefits of lenght and girth gains too?

          Happens to me too, I can't get off the forum.

          Also, I think that "thinking" about your gains and your own dick can sometimes have your "male focusing" powers hard at work, which involves a totally different part of the brain than the "arousal" section. So your not horny even though your thoughts are totally about your new huge dong, why you want it and what you are going to do with it when it becomes "3rd leg" status.

            Yeah, you might have over-trained your penis but surely staying up all night has its role too. Start reading more about PIs and EQ. If your cock is tired through out the day, then you are probably going too far too fast. Good thing that you are taking a couple of days off now. It will do good to your cock. When you start, take it easy now. If you feel like going overboard again, change your on and off days. If I remember right, JP's programme is 5 on, 2 off. You can change it according to your cock's PIs. Maybe 2 on, 1 off.

            Since September I have gained almost an inch. Next week I measure and I am confident that it will be an inch in length. I have also gained half an inch girth although nowadays girth gains have slowed down.

            Interesting thing that arousal. Calixto, lately I have been thinking about it and if it is a PI too. Since my EQ died, I have not been aroused at all. No sexual feelings, nothing! Today I felt aroused suddenly but today was my best EQ day since I destroyed it. Also I read Gator's log and he mentioned being aroused related to EQ.

              I am doing 2 on 1 off routine as I really dont want to overload it. I think though that I might be putting to much pressure whilst doing the jelq. I still have to master this technique better. Will have to reduce masturbation and give the PE an extra day rest as well as a good night sleep to see if it shows some results.

              To be honest guys, I am in no hurry at all, so I will take it very easy until I get the hang of it. I dont know it its just in my head, but my flacid is looking much better.
              Everyday when I am at work and I am going for a piss I now fold it out instead of just pushing it out. Looks good acutally. Has been like this for the last week except for today and for the time I was in the locker room of the gym Typical....and to make matters worse there was a big off shower hahaha

              I have read the PI and EQ articles. I think I must be overdoing it because even though my flacid length is better, I am having some negative PI.

                Some years ago I tried PE a few times and the rest is history. I believe trying the PE exercises for me personally damaged my dick. Of course I only have myself to blame, PE is for some but probably not for others. There is no doubt about it before I could get a throbbing erection almost anytime, I would wake up stiff as a rock every morning and my dick wouldn't go down for ages. I have explained about my problems before but basically my penis doesn't get as hard, and the main thing is I just can't maintain it naturally like I could some years ago, the glands especially don't hold blood so well. Life's a bitch I guess I fucked up, obviously I have got used to my less functioning dick but I am still staying a virgin, and I probably will for a longtime because of this problem.

                How did you lose your erection hardness/strength? I can relate I have a low libido no strong sexual feelings masturbating sometimes just feels like a chore.

                  I surely don't understand how p.e. can ruin one's EQ. Mine jumped from 9 o'clock back up to 11 o'clock within a month of starting my p.e. "career." That's why I started p.e.--to get my rock hard woodies back without the help of viagra.

                    Neither do I but just because you and others didn't get ED from PE doesn't mean others haven't or won't. Call it bad luck or maybe some us didn't do the exercises correcetly perhaps we were still doing everything fine but there is no doubt my erection quality dropped since I tried PE. I know my fault completely but my short experiment with PE is undeniably related to my decline in erection strength and quality.

                      Over-training can ruin EQ. After 5 months of PE I decide to try clamping. It started okay when I was just trying out with a couple of minute sets. But then when I increased the set times and clamped tighter. My EQ dropped quite a lot. I went too far too fast with a heavy exercise like clamping.

                      I am sure you can understand this Going.

                      But now I have been doing an easy routine with only 15 minutes of jelqing during the day. No clamping! I have pretty much regained my EQ. And I am feeling hornier as well. Yesterday was my best EQ day since 'the clamping incident'. I was thinking more sex, I felt that I got aroused suddenly by doing nothing and when I masturbated in the evening, the path to wet orgasm was much more direct. You know, I didn't lose my thoughts but I stayed focused on sex. Sometimes keeping the thoughts on sex is so damn difficult. It doesn't feel like I am doing something I enjoy. It seems like work. 'I have to do this! I have to!'

                        How long did you practice PE until you realized? Did you gain Length and girth but lost EQ or did you just loose from the whole experience?

                          How do you know for sure that THIS isn't the real problem with your EQ? Strong sexual feelings are directly proportional to a hard erections. If it feels like a chore your body is going to respond accordingly. You seem to have convinced yourself that your problems are physical, and this will cause a vicious cycle with negative psychological impacts. If I were you, I'd go to a urologist and if they don't listen, find one who will. They can determine if all is physically fine, and if this is the case, you know you need to work on the psychological side.

                            I also wonder about your age. Like it or not, virtually every guy on the planet sees their libido and frequency of erections and EQ drop as they move through their 20s and onward. I think that when a guy notices this, he almost always looks for a reason (other than natural changes) because nobody wants to feel like they are losing anything having to do with their sexual abilities. Guess what? PEing seems to help a lot with all of these things, at least the physical side of them. Mental issues and vicious cycles in thinking are another matter, as is lack of partner(s) for real duo sex. Anyway, I would not assume that your problems are physical unless you have been told so by a doctor.

                              Yes! According to PIs, increased horniness is a positive PI and this of course can be achieved by doing PE. Personally I have noticed this just now during March. Having many negative PIs and decreased in EQ due to over-training also led to loss of horniness. I didn't feel anything sexual in over a week. My sexual feelings basically disappeared with the loss of EQ.

                              Like Batwoman wrote, PE seems to help the physical side at least, but it is interesting to see how a healthy penis with strong erections (achieved with PE) can also create increased horniness, which is a mind thing.
