    Hello guys!I decided before a week to stop my bad habit and talking about watching porn.I decided to throw it out of my life cause i think its bad and affects the normal function of our brain.So i stoped before a week.I also stoped masturbating.From the first two days i felt my libido boosted upwards.Now the weard think.I never used to have ed,eq issues.I m 35,i m a boxer since my 12 so i have a perfect physical condition and i m still able to beat younger champs.I always could rock hard and maintain my erection for as long as i want.But since i stoped porn and masturbation i lost my morning woods and at my first attempt to have sex i reached a 85% erection level and something like 60% the second time!Wtf?Does anyone knows why is this happening to me?Is it normal?Is it just the time needed to get used to the new situation?Please guys help,i would apreciate any reply!Regards 8.39 aka 8.66!

    Sounds like you just need to give your brain time to adjust to the new stimuli. Just like any addiction you need to reset. Don't give up! You can try natural things like dietary nitrates such as beet juice, celery and carrots, along with supplements like arginine/ l citruline malate, and carnitine.

    A uridine/choline stack has been used by alcoholics to rebuild the brains reward/dopamine funtion. A natural, more natural way, for this is brewers yeast (uridine) and soy lecithin(choline).

    Chasing erections with porn is like pounding more coffee to stay awake, it's a loosing and physically exhausting game.

      Thanks for your reply bro!Your words already made me feel relief.Yes i imagined its a brain issue.I already eat healthy cause i prepearing my self for the Elite class boxing championship.I training 6 days weekly plus some morning runnings.So i m sure its not a penis functional issue.F...!Porn messed me up for real!

        I have found that I can eat a WHOLE plate of carrots and celery and it still doesn't spike my Nitric Oxide levels,
        These are what I use:

        It takes beet juice to put me into the "healthy range".
        When in this healthy range my EQ is SO much better.
        You can always get the smaller package of 10 stips and test.

        Test after eating carrots/celery and other veggies you normally eat. test an hour after eating. If this spikes you Nitric Oxide to good levels then you are good. If not you may need to add beet juice to supercharge your levels like I do.

          Thanks for your advice bro!I will follow it with discipline and loyalty!You also have to know i dont eating meat at all!I love carrots and vegetables and i eating alot of fish and sea foods.I will start tommorow and let you know soon if it worked!Thanks again!

                Hey guys..I m still having problem with my penis function and i m really dissapointed about it..Its the first time to my life.I recently started before some days kegeling again and some light streches..Experienced some random morning woods but tested my self with a girl and i didnt went so good for what i m used to.Something like 85% eq and hard to maintain.Please advice me i m so desperate!Imused to be a sex animal!Wtf is happenng to me?

                    How is your sleep? Are you getting regular 8 sleep?

                    You are not going to like this advice but here it is anyway. Leave it alone for awhile. I mean forget about your erections or sexual activity for a week or two. I know thats difficult for men but in some cases, it is a cause for unnecessary anxiety. If you are leaving porn you may be having withdrawal symptoms that manifest as a flatline. If you distract yourself for a bit with non sexual activity and thoughts, one day you will wake up with a raging woody and you will remember that day as the happiest in your life.

                    I am assuming that here are no health problems or medical issues. While you are trying to distract yourself, go get a physical exam done just to be on the safe side. Most likey though you are fine and just messing with your head too much.

                      I m sleeping 5-7 valuable hours of night.Something like 1-7 or 8 pm.I m a boxing athlete since my 12(i m 35)and i m on my fight preparation so training hard and eating perfect.I am on 9% body fat and welterweight division.No its not difficult to not have sexual desire or fantasy because my libido its suddently gone!!!My physical condition is outstanding and 20-25 year old guys can hardly rade with me...Thats why i m almost sure its not a body issue..

                          You mentioned a boost in libido after a few days. About when in the process did it take a downturn?

                            Hello brothers and sisters!!!I m back again!I had alot of work with conditioning my fighters and my self for competition but as anyone who red my posts knows a deadly space after porn stopage.I m back again with 100% EQ!Stronger and harder erections and quess...I m just kegeling randomly and performing some dry jelqs!Ohhh yes restart done!!!!I m so happy and also i m in love with a girl seems perfect for my.I also reached 6% body fat!Ohhhhhhh yeaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!
