Please read and reply!
1) I've gone floppy on many occasions over the years and I'm now 30. I can always get it up but especially when drunk it always flops or later at night (tired) it will often flop.
2) I took viagra and cialis for confidence and I realised that my penis simply isn't hard enough normally. Like it gets up, quite hard for sex (7/10 hard) but I think the reason I have lost erections many times is that it just doesn't have enough blood going to it in the first place. When I took viagra/cialis I felt so hard it was amazing and felt like what i've been missing.
3) I have a feeling that I'm not very sensitive, I always ejaculate but when having sex I often don't get any feeling until i'm about to ejaculate... kinda feels a bit numb, an i think this contributes to why I have flopped.
4) I've been doing kegels etc and slacked off the last couple of weeks. Is it like the gym, whereby if you don't train it you lose it? I've also got a very weak bladder if that means anything.
I'd love it if someone could address all these points please.

Have you gone to the doctor and got a complete physical and blood screen, i.e. PSA, cholesterol, A1C, triglycerides, hormone levels, etc.? That would be the first thing I would do, rule out any physiological reasons for the lack of EQ. I don't think it's unusual at all these days to have high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and that and low testosterone can definitely affect blood flow and EQ. This is the first step to take, in my opinion.
If everything checks out normal, then we can work from there.

I've had blood tests but not specifically for that, more just for lack of energy in general.
I had a low vitamin D at one point but corrected that.
If I go and admit my problem, would they do all those tests or just refer me elsewhere? (I'm in the UK and heard they just refer you)
