I had ED problems last year(3 occurrences), beginning of the year it was improving, This month was back again.
I am on BM warmup with warm water, stretches, squeezes, erect kegels. followed by BM warmdown.
I tried having sex 3 times in this 3 weeks(once a week).
First time got hard, but came like in 4-5 strokes.
Second time, was not 100% erect, she rubbed my penis and I got hard, but I ejaculated after 2-3 strokes. I was happy at least I got erection.
Third time, got instant erection, but came after 2 strokes, I was super excited, also was having sex after a while. This was the fastest I have come ever in my life.
What can I do to improve this?, I dont like start -stop because dont like masturbating, I am off porn, thinking of trying edging atleast once a week.
I use Citrulline 6g for gym preworkout.
