    Listen bros, this is a long read but I need everybody who is dealing with ED to read this.

    For a good portion of the last 6 years of my life (between 21-27) I dealt with a serious problem, erectile dysfunction. Before I dive into how I fixed it, I'll give you a little bit of background information on myself.

    I ate a normal American diet, high on protein, normal carbohydrate intake and normal-high sugar consumption (I loved a nice juicy piece of steak or some bomb fried chicken with soda ) I was not the most active person and my outlook on life was relatively positive. I had a girlfriend who I loved and we had sex but it wasn't always great, as I always had certain issues with my dick!

    Sometimes I couldn't keep it up, sometimes I couldn't even get it up. A lot of times I would cum too fast and she would be left there unsatisfied. Nothing feels worse than knowing youre not satisfying your partner Extremely fucking frustrating especially with the fact that I'm a giver, the type of guy that loves to deliver pleasure to their partner. I'm a lucky guy, my girl never really said anything about it, she would just would get confused like something was wrong with her, but it was really me. I was desperate to look for a solution, I mean I just wanted to be able to perform.

    I began to wonder what it was, something was wrong with me, searching for a place to blame, maybe I could work out more, sure. Maybe I could eat better, absolutely. I tried everything. I quit watching porn, that helped but my confidence was already bruised. PE gym exercises helped but I just felt my blood flow was not right. I began to take supplements I read about that helped like l-arginine or royal jelly but these are only temporary fixes. Shit was not working for me.
    Although the penis excercises for sure work for growth haha.

    I started to accept the fact that maybe I'm just not meant to be good at this and that sounds dumb as shit but when you do anything and everything and nothing works you begin to become depressed about it. All I wanted to do was be able to fuck my woman to extreme orgasms like a real man should be able to do.

    Today, I am 28, I'm able to have sex with my girl for 30 minutes to an hour no problem, depending on how long we want it to last! I'm able to make her cum at least 3-4 times during our sessions, at least 2 doing oral, you learn to use your mouth when you have ED LOL

    So basically guys, here's what I did. It's really fucking simple actually and I can't believe how much it's changed my life in every aspect.


    I SWITCHED TO A PLANT BASED DIET
    I STOPPED EATING MEAT
    I STOPPED EATING/DRINKING DAIRY PRODUCTS
    I REDUCED THE SUGAR I WAS PUTTING IN MY BODY


    You know how they say real men eat meat, not salads, salads are for girls. Well I say real men know how to fuck the shit out of their women to the point they pray to you like your some kind of sex god.

    Remember how I said I thought my blood flow in my body was not right? My blood pressure wasn't crazy bad but it was on the road to it. My cholesterol was higher than it should've been for my age, and Im hearing majority of dudes my age were dealing with the same issues. Think about it, if your veins can't pump blood properly because of the cholesterol in your veins being clogged, that blood flow won't get to your dick!

    So basically after I changed my diet all that shit started to reverse, my cholesterol, my blood pressure, my weight, it all went down! Slowly I was able to last longer and longer in bed. I wasn't breathing as hard anymore nor did I have to control it as much, I know some of us have learned controlling your breathing is good. I can now enjoy having sex with my girl for as long as she wants to the point SHE TELLS ME TO CUM because her pussy is sore. I can switch positions without losing the boner, I can easily get and keep the erection up for the entire duration of sex and the morning wood I get is now rock solid like I was a teenager again.

    The benefits I've experienced since switching to a plant based diet are not limited to sex as my entire life has changed. If you guys have any questions feel free to ask. I know this is my first post, I've always been a lurker in these forums but I needed to share this with my brothers experiencing ED. Don't be helpless guys. Make a change and do what it takes to save yourself. If you tried everything and it's not working like I did, maybe try this.

    Great post, my symptoms sound similar.
    Could you give an example of say a weeks diet i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks.
    How long did it take for you to see results?

      Your post sounds a bit like mine, getting our blood working right is 2/3 of the way out of ED, getting your cholesterol down along with your triglycerides numbers and your on a good thing and way back to good erections, nocturnal erections and morning woods.

      Add in some supplements and a hormone and for me its also working.

      And the bonus is a drug free life.

        Yes absolutely! Now its definitely a lifestyle change but you have to know it's worth it. Won't be easy for the first few days but after you start seeing results, it will drive ou the rest of the way.

        I started seeing results after my first week when I started to get my morning wood again. Everybody will be different as each persons blood flow or damage to it will be at different levels and will take different amounts of time to heal.

        Mornings I will eat a bowl of oatmeal with fruits or a banana and peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread. You can also switch it up with say a bagel and peanut butter from time to time or even a plant based shake, and put in that shake anything that tastes good to you as long as it is plant based. I drink my coffee black now with sugar instead of loads of flavored cream that made my stomach hurt. Stay far away from dairy products, humans were not meant to drink the milk from another animals body that was meant for a baby calf cow.

        This will usually keep me full for a few hours and if I get hungry before lunch, I munch on almonds/cashews/walnuts as these have essential oils and proteins with low calories.

        For lunch I will have brown rice with broccoli/beans/hummus/pitabread/beets/black beans/kale/Brussels sprouts or pretty much. Any kind of vegetables I can find that have certain flavors or sauces I like. If I'm running low on time and need a quick bite, I'll look for a chipotle and get a brown rice bowl with sofritas (tofu option) pico de gallo, onions and peppers black beans lettuce and hot sauce with the extra guacamole. This is one of my favorite lunches as there is so much flavor and no guilt eating it. I usually find myself only able to eat half of it so I have a nice snack to eat after lunch to hold me off until dinner

        Dinner is always different especially with my busy lifestyle so I have to make sure to plan and grocery shop for what I want to cook ahead of time but I like to have quinoa or brown rice maybe white rice if I want to let loose a bit lol. And I'll sautée some veggies together like broccoli beans edamame mushrooms carrots, maybe some tofu for texture.


        Remember these are just examples and not everything I constantly eat, we're humans so we enjoy variety and options!

        Listen fellas. We can beat this thing. We can fucking do it but it takes an approach that may put you out of your comfort zone. But I'd rather be put out of my comfort zone so my significant other will put out for me

              I lived last 2 years in an exotic country. I did not gave up meat but I ate a lot of salad and fruits.
              My blood pressure and cholesterol moved down significantly. My doctor in Austria was astonish reading my blood test results.
              Morning boners are far more present than before.

              Saying that I still need to point out that not diet healed my performance anxiety.
              That was healed prior to my time in that exotic country by psychological methods.

              Now I just came back in old Europe and I started with too much meat and beers.
              I cannot completely drop them but I will try not to exaggerate. I will keep an eye on my blood pressure.
              Otherwise I fully agree that I should drop both meat and beer if I really want to fuck like a king

                I'm a 42 year old male who also overcame ED through lifestyle changes. I totally agree that changing your diet can have a huge impact. I.E., Oatmeal for breakfast every day, load up on vegetables and the right leafy greens as often as possible. If you really want to take this to the next level, add some good quality vitamins and start moderate exercise. It totally worked for me. I went from severe ED to no ED.                   In short: Get bloodwork done, and if results are bad do something about it.

                  Glad it fixed it for you.

                  I guess a lot of guys already have good blood-markers. (health markers, from being low bodyfat and training and not eating too much)

                    pretty crazy how you had high cholesterol in your mid 20s. Diet must of been trash. Glad you got it figured out now. Add some herbs to your diet as well (turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic, etc).

                      Actually my diet wasn't bad at all, I eat like a normal American eats. But I guess the American diet is trash so yes. It's becoming more and more common for people of my age to have these types of issues with the food they are giving us nowadays. Everything is processed and chemicals are added everywhere!

                              Hi Guys this is my main mix for you blood and take this most days of the week, and as you see its very good for a few other things all researched.


                              For a start this mix is a great way of cleaning away cholesterol plaque from our blood, and helps control triglycerides and keep your numbers right, and will improve your erections.

                              The way out and clearing away plaque would be to get on Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with black pepper and garlic, take this each morning and see how you go.

                              For each heaped teaspoon of turmeric you add a ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, this helps the turmeric to get absorbed into your system better.

                              The whole mix its all very healthy for you.

                              You just mix CP and Turmeric and BP 50/50 in olive oil and then mix with tomato paste and thin it with olive oil, at first you just mix this to a heat ( this the heat that CP gives off) that suits you, and over time you can slowly increase the CP and Turmeric.

                              You take 3 teaspoonful’s each morning first thing, you wash each spoonful down with water, before anything else just after you get up, one thing it will warm you up with this mix, which will also help would be very fine chopped garlic, just do a whole head, chopped fine, and keep in olive oil, with this you add dried parsley, a couple of good desert spoonful’s and mix, you can also add dried oregano, you just add a teaspoonful on top of the CP an turmeric mix, just mix into the top take as said.

                              The Parsley its very good for the blood and helps keep your Cholesterol down, you can also add some oregano in as well as its good for erections.

                              Please do keep both jars in the fridge, keeps a lot better that way.
                              A good tip is do not fill you jar to the top leave about half an inch, its the tomato paste it expands from the olive oil, it then push's red oil out of the jar, and loves to explode out from under the lid as you open it, messy.

                              Now if you google and read up about all above, there very good for ED, your cholesterol, heart and it clears blocked arteries and veins, good at lowering HBP, prostate, prostatitis, varicocele and RA, garlic is also very good for your blood, so along with the CP and turmeric with BP, your be doing your body the world of good.

                              Turmeric is a great way of fighting and lowering your triglyceride numbers when you have high cholesterol, and turmeric is also a way of fighting certain cancers.

                              Turmeric has some fantastic uses, you will be amazed at, like so many herbs and spices do.

                              Now if your on any kind of blood thinner's don't take the Turmeric as its a blood thinner as well, means your blood will get to thin.


                              At first you really need to be taken this 3 times a day for 2 weeks then just 2 times once first thing and the second before a meal for 2 weeks, then just once a day first thing in the mornings, great way to start the day.

                              And yes have had ED now in recovery and do take what is above daily along with other supplements and a hormone.

                              PS This really needs a 12 week trail, to see if its going to work for you, if its for RA do increase it up, the stronger it is the better it works for you.

                              Don’t forget to up the amount of CP and turmeric as you go on.

                              Now for me, these days as its almost around 7 years being on this mix, I do a standard mix which has 4 rounded desert spoons of cayenne pepper and turmeric in it, and l mixed up, then daily I put some more olive oil on the top, add the 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper then a heaped teaspoon of CP and the same of turmeric add on the heaped teaspoon of garlic and mix this in the top layer and I now take 4 teaspoons of the mix, some days it can get me but most days I'm ok
                              as for supplements its L-Arginine Tribulus, L-Carnitine, DHEA and just some daily vits, but I do wash them down with a boric acid mix, boric acid has the tag of being the poor mans Viagra, a standard mix is a 1/4 teaspoon in a litre of water and drink through the day, I mix at a bit stronger as I only take it first thing in the mornings, but as they say every little helps .

                              Be warned some days my mix will make your stools a bit on the lose side, it does me, but I do not worry over it.

                              The last piece of info is I do have ground down green tea, with ground down natural Tribulus which I can buy here in Greece I can make a teapot last 2 days by just adding some extra, then have 2 days on black tea, I drink both with honey and lemon two more things that are very good for your blood, of a night I have 2 squares of 70% bark chocolate, something else that's so good for your blood, I think like I have said above get your blood working for you, and your about 2/3 of the way to getting some really good erections.

                              I don't think this is in here but have warn a cock ring 24/7 just after things was getting better just to give that extra hardness, I have a Hardwear Ice from my hardwear, its a Pyrex full package ring, great to wear.

                              I get good nocturnal erections that wake me up, and lots of morning woods not bad for a guy who will soon be hitting 70, sorry now 70.

                              Look when you see the 50 50 bit, just think of the BP and turmeric as 50% saves trying to get your brain round that bit. OK
