Apologies for the long post that's incoming, but there are a lot of details to cover in my story. Thanks to anyone who reads the whole thing through.
I'm 20 (nearly 21), and I have no history of any real health problems or substance abuse, and I'm in decent shape. around 2 years ago I developed crazy urinary symptoms and ED at the same time. I would have to urinate at least once per hour, sometimes more, and I had ridiculous urgency. Those symptoms went away and eventually came to be replaced with difficulty with urination, and the ED persisted.
I have two theories as to what's wrong with me here and I would appreciate advice regarding both matters.
My first theory is I've been abusing porn way too much. For the longest time I've watched porn every time I masturbated, and it is common for me to do long edging sessions (sometimes embarrassingly long), and I have gotten to the point of doing it every day, sometimes more than once a day. I'm really trying to quit both masturbating and porn for a while if not for good (I keep relapsing though. I think I'm addicted). I have come to the point where I can't even get fully hard watching porn, or any other time. My best erections are 70-80%, but when I binge my EQ goes down to around 50-60%. I can't help but think masturbation and porn are a big part of my problem. I don't get morning wood and can barely get a response (50% at best) from just mental stimulation. Some other symptoms that seem to support this theory are minor hand tremors, blurry vision, loss of balance, difficulty speaking, and sort of a decreased mental capacity/memory. I know I don't have Parkinson's or other neurological disorders because I don't display any of the other symptoms for those things.
My other theory is that I have a tight pelvic floor. I have pretty much always had a problem where I was unable to get fully hard while standing, and I'd lose my erection if I stood up. I've always done involuntary kegels when I masturbated, and without them I would have some trouble maintaining an erection. My erections now fade almost instantly without stimulation. I have recently been experiencing testicular pain, especially after ejaculation. This combined with my urinary symptoms seem to fall in line with a tight pelvic floor. I've also had on and off back pain and always been a bit inflexible, so I'm sure long edging sessions would exacerbate this problem.
The last thing that I feel lends credence to the tight pelvic floor theory is that these symptoms started after me doing kegels in hopes of lasting longer.
Has anyone here experienced anything like what I am now? Do you guys have any supplement recommendations I could try to help my recovery, or exercises I could do to limber up? I'm seeing my urologist soon and I'll get my testosterone (free and overall levels) checked, but he keeps telling me there's nothing physically wrong with me and I just don't believe him. I feel like I'm, going to have to solve this myself so any help anyone can offer would be highly appreciated. Thank you again for reading all this. I'm getting really scared at this point and I'm feeling really lost.
