    Hallo, I strechted my Penis too far and too hard and now my testicles are much deeper than before also they are not able to move by heat or coldness. If theres an erection the penis cant go straight up, he only moves rightwards and lies on the thigh. I also have erectional Problems because of that. Is there any hope for me or only desperation. How can I make the best out of this situation physically?

    REST! Take 2 weeks off. During that time, practice deep flat-footed Hindi squats at the Gym along with yoga poses (Dog/Cat) to develop your BC muscles. Kegels and RK's in a 60:40 ratio will help balance & maintain your pelvic floor muscles.
