So this is my situation:
So i set upon following a protocol set on this forum, conducting reverse kegels, deep squats, pelvic floor massages aswell as other stretching.
However nothing has changed, I still have the issue... so i'm not sure what the root of the problem is problem is.
I feel more and more that it isn't an issue with my pelvic floor, although some symptoms i have:
premature ejaculation
not very hard erections
Any solutions I can try guys??

- I learnt about jelqing as well as kegels, and performed a routine
- the next day i find that i have hard flaccid as well as turtling
- I figured the problem was my kegels, leading to pelvic floor tightening
