  • Is low testosterone causing my Erectile Dysfunction?

hi, I'm 23years old and I think these are really low for my age, my first urologist said it was fine but I think he is wrong, so I'm going to another doctor.

    (Sbhg = 14,2) normal range is 13,2 to 89,5 Man from 20y to 50y

    (Free testosterone= 11,613) normal range 3,4 to 24,6 Man from 17 to 40y

    (Total Testosterone= 390,23) normal range from 175 to 781 Man from 18 to 66y

    So w
hat do u guys think? Is this really normal for a young guy like me?

Porn, but there was a time I quit for about 5 months and had no improvements. Then I went back to porn a few times and now I've been porn free for 2 months. I also smoke sometimes but I've failed in bed even before I started smoking

Recently I was in a relationship and could only have decent sex using 5mg of cialis. Now that I'm single its even worse, with a new girl not even 15mg works for me. I dont think It's performance anxiety because I was totally relaxed with my girlfriend and we dated for more than 1 year and I still couldnt perform without cialis. I think it's something related to my low libido and sex drive I thought I had a normal libido but now I notice that the girl is always more interested and turned on than I am, and I also dont get that urge of going to round 2 after I cum.

It's a mix of porn + anxiety + (something else)

But this SOMEThING ELSE is the main reason for sure, I just wanna know what it is, I can't think that porn is causing all of this.

Your T levels are low - average for your age. Do you suffer from a varicocele? Did they also test for LH and FSH? Your pituitary gland could be making too few LH and FSH. Your production could also be lowered by a varicocele. It could also be your testicles are insufficient without a varicocele, and even then your pituitary gland could be making to few LH and FSH as well.

You could be low in vitamin D3, magnesium or zinc.

You could be obese or have too much fat on your body. You could smoke or live an unhealthy lifestyle, or eat an unhealthy diet, or exercise too less.

Do you happen to have a darker pigment of skin? Do you live in a country where the sun doesn't shine alot? Do you come outside in the sun alot?

Do you eat a healthy diet? Do you exercise?

This total test level is plain low and when mine was that low it had a bad effect on me in a number of ways including libido . I was in my 50's by the way . I managed to get mine up with natural methods .

Whoever the halfwit was who said this

Run (do not walk) till you are clear of them . A 390 total test might be regarded as normal for a 66year old by those not in the know ,but 175 wtf I mean WTF.

Thank you for the reply! I have no idea if I suffer from varicocele and I didn't get tested for LH and FSH, tomorrow I'll ask my doctor about it. I'm going to ask about vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc too.

              I'm actually a skinny/fit guy, I exercise 2 or 3 times a week, but I
dont run or stuff like that, just lift weights.
              I guess I
don't have the healthiest diet but nothing really serious. I live in Brazil but I dont like going out in the sun, I kind of hate it. My skin tone is probably like Bradley Cooper's.

I got mine back up over 500 which is ok for a guy in his 50"s.

There are a wide range of things to try but they start with things like getting enough sleep and reducing stress /eating well avoid soy and alcohol (especially beer ). The way you do gym has an effect .

I have a thread I can post just with a range of ideas on you will have to judge for yourself which you feel might be effective . Of course it is not complete there are other methods also.

If you begin to supplement vitamin D, make sure to supplement vitamin A as well, they work together.

A varicocele can easily be diagnosed by yourself. Does your scrotum feel like a bag of worms on one or both sides? Are the veins that hang above your left testicle feeling the same as the veins that hang above your right testicle?

At that Young age your Testosterone should be hitting 900-1100 in blood Serum test. Especially if your active.

That's just one of the benefits of Early 20's 😐... high Testosterone.

Us Middle age guys have to actually work at keeping ours on the up & up.

Umm the range you mention Tango for 20 something would actually be in the top 5% for that age group.
