    I am 19 years old and I cant even keep an erection while watching porn. I started masturbating at age 10 without looking at anything, just thoughts. Then at age 12 I started to look at picture on the internet while masturbating ( bikini photos, celebrities, etc.) At age 13 I started to look at nude photos and then started watching hardcore porn.

    At this age I could get and keep an erection instaneously. I could get one without touch or even really thinking about anything sexual, it just worked. They were fully hard and great. I would masturbate a lot, upwards to 8 times a day, and edging every session for a long time, often for hours before cumming. I just couldn't stop. I wouldn't even lose my erection after cumming at this age it would take a few minutes for it to subside. I could masturbate like 3 times in a row without losing an erection.

    I wouldn't watch hardcore porn very frequently at these ages because I didn't want to get in trouble. I would look more at non sexual nude photos and bikini photos.

    At the age of 17 I started to watch hardcore porn more frequently, but not very often because I had read that porn weakens erections. At this age I started to do penis enlargement excersices such as jelqing, stretching, clamping and kegels. It's was at this time, I started to experience extreme erectile dysfunction. I had no ability to get a full erection without touch and my erections would die within seconds if I stopped physical stimulation.

    Once I started do kegels, I started to have erectile dysfunction. After months of doing penis enlargement, I decided to stop because I felt I was damaging myself, this was a little over year ago.

    I would watch hardcore porn intermittently.

    I haven't had morning wood in 2 years, I don't get spontaneous erections and can't keep an erection without physical stimulation. Even with all this my libido is extremely high, I feel the desire for sex constantly. I am very attracted to girls I see in real life. But this is destroying my confidence.

    When I masturbate it is very hard to get an erection, extremely hard to keep it without physical stimulation. Sometimes it's better then other times but always pretty bad. There has been many times where I would watch the most hardcore porn possible and not be able to get an erection, and if I did it was because I was thinking intensely about sex, watching porn and masturbating as hard as I can. And then the second I stopped touching it would die immediately.

    My penis is circumcised and quite large. Another problem is that it doesn't move very much at the base when hard, so it is physically impossible for me to get a full erection while wearing pants. I can't flip it up against my stomach or put it to the side or down my leg. When erect my penis just goes straight out, which can't happen when I wear pants. So when I am able to get semi hard without physical stimulation, which is not all the time, it just gets semi hard. Just as much as can fit in my pants, even when I don't wear pants.

    I have been on nofap for half a year now. My longest streaks on hardmode have been 27 days, 21 days, and 17 days (which I just relapsed with porn on). Whenever I relapse my erection is much stronger for the first few sessions, but still can't get fully hard without physical stimulation. And as I continue to masturbate my erection quickly become terrible again.

    I've been to a urologist for a varicocele in my left testicle and for this ed problem. He said he thought the ed was all in my head, but did not run any tests on me at all. My symptoms are like a veinous leak, maybe caused by penis enlargement excercises.

    I am really worried that I have physical damage.

    I eat extremely healthy and workout. I am very lean and healthy looking. I gain muscle quick and have facial and body hair, so I don't think low testosterone is a cause.

    I know this is a long post, but I have been living with this problem for a little over 2 years now and I feel very depressed, it kind of ruined me as a person. I am desperate for help, if anyone has any opinions on this please share with me. Thank you all.

    So, 27 days on hard mode, yet no morning wood? I think your case is mental, and PIED induced. Try 90 days. Case could even be pelvic floor/anxiety related also.

      Based on my own experiences and other anecdotal accounts from reading online, it has something to do with pornography and extreme masturbation habits from an early age. You said you're on nofap with 27 days being your longest streak? I'm over 110 days now and right around the 80 day mark I started to get back my morning woods (which are slowly getting stronger.) if that helps give you any incentive to try it again. To help fix morning wood go to sleep early and cut out any blue light (google it) before bedtime to help your REM sleep do it's job. My general consensus is that, if you can get an erection through only thoughts... you're in the clear and don't have any major ED.

        I can get a full erection with porn and physical stimulation, which is quite difficult to do. But once I stopped touching myself it dies immediately? I don't really feel as if it is mental because I don't have anxiety at all. I used to do clamping and erect jelqing and was very careless because I didn't know what kind of serious consequences there could be. I never felt any pain doing any PE Excercises though.

          Could you stay erect while watching porn without physical stimulation, I can't and that's why I feel like it is venous leak. I can maintain an erection best after a long nofap streak which may be because I am so turned on that that blood flow in exceeds the blood I'm losing from the leak, what are your thoughts?

                    You can try kegeling and reverse kegeling if your PF is weak, but not watching porn and not masturbating are your best options IMO.

                      I meant to message a two parter so I'll just quote from what I remember here. Along with what I said above, it could also be due to...of course... the anxiety of not getting an erection in the first place. My take on that is something like meditation (a good one indeed), going for a walk, or even completely forgetting about it for a few days and seeing how you feel. Other factors that could be affecting you is tight pelvic floor, anterior pelvic tilt, or kegeling too much when you do have/maintain an erection. Kegels are great for maintaining hardness but can absolutely be overdone if you don't balance it out with reverse kegels. Any info on kegels is on this site and better explained then I ever could.

                        I have done kegels and reverse kegels in the past. I don't do them anymore. I used to have hard flaccid but not anymore and I do not kegel while masturbating. I did kegel during masturbation 2 years ago and that's when my ed seemed to have started, so I stopped doing them during masturbation a long time ago.

                          Boners need dopamine. It's the chemicals in the brain that help cause and maintain erections. If your receptors are fried, it will be difficult getting and/or staying aroused.

                          If your pelvic floor is weak/loose, it will also be difficult maintaining erection. Start doing kegels while flaccid for awhile and see if anything changes. Flaccid kegels should not hurt you, if anything, they should improve you.

                            How would one 'refire' the dopamine receptors? As I think this may be my issue..
