    I have enjoyed reading the posts here and have found a lot of useful information. Before finding this site this was something I was dealing with all by myself.

    After getting a lot of useful advice from this site I have decided to tackle my ED issue. It's something that has been been a problem for a long time.

    My background:
    Age: 35
    Health: Exercise. Normal weight. No smoking. Rarely drinking. Currently a pescetarianism. Get plenty of sleep. Generally happy.
    Medical background: Diagnosed with retrograde ejaculation and very low sperm count.

    Definition of my ED:
    1. Get persistent and often annoying morning wood almost every morning. Besides that I have never been able to get an erection without stimulating myself no matter how hot the girl or how horny I am.
    2. Incapable of getting an erection from a blow job.
    3. Can maintain an erection only if I am inside of a girl moving around.
    4. Lose erection quickly in any sexual position where I am laying on my back or sitting up. Can only maintain erection when girl is in bottom positions and doggy style.
    5. Besides morning wood RARELY get random erection (perhaps 1 erection every 4 or 5 months).
    6. When sex starts I always have to stimulate myself in order to get hard enough to enter the girl.
    7. Ejaculations are small (less than 2ml, and often less than 1ml)
    8. Ejaculations never "shoot" out. Always dribble out.

    Primary Goal:
    - Have random erections during the day
    - Get hard without touching myself when thinking about sex or watching porn
    - Be able to get hard from a blow job
    - Be able to stay hard while a girl rides me
    - Be able to stay hard in a sitting position during sex

    Secondary Goal:
    - Have massive ropey loads
    - Have loads that "shoot" out at distance
    - Be able to get a girl pregnant

    Day 1 April 6, 2010:

    Attempted to buy supplements recommended by Kinpole:
    Ginko biloba
    Green tea extract
    Ginseng
    Garlic pills
    Ginger caps

    Only able to find Ginko biloba and garlic pills. Ginko biloba pills are 60mg each, garlic pills are 8mg each. Take 1 of each pill that night. Start the kegels beginner program. Start the 50 reps of kegels every other day program as recommended by this site.

      Day 2 April 7, 2010:

      Spend a couple of hours picking up girls. Get very horny and tired. Work at night. Took 1 ginko biloba and garlic pill in the morning and another set at night. No noticed side effects from these suppliments. Late at night before I go to sleep I get an erection by barely touching myself. This is extremely rare. The erection stays without my further assisting it by touch. I grab the stop watch and time it. Lasts for 5 and a half minutes. Could this be the result of the ginko biloba and garlic pills after only 2 days? Restrained from masturbation today.

        Day 3 April 8, 2010:

        Take my usual morning dose of Ginko biloba and garlic pills. Have a new girl over in the afternoon. 1 hour before anticipated sex I down a teaspoon of dried ginger in 1 culp. Ginger is one of the ingredients in Kingpole's erection tea.

        Girl puts up a good amount of last minute resistance but finally relents. She is very passionate and is thrusting against me so this helps. Get an erection from humping against the mattress while she is dry humping me and thrusting up from underneath. This is not ideal, but is way better than having to put my hand down there and stroke myself in front of the girl like I always have to do. Erection comes pretty quickly and easily compared to the past.

        Have awesome sex and I have no trouble keeping it hard. I'm so horny from the previous day of abstinence that I go for a round two about 20 minutes after blowing my first load. Have to stroke myself while she kisses me. Keep a good hard erection during round two until I blow my second load.

        I'm seeing small improvements in only 3 days. This is very motivating. I am going to stick with the program. Next goal is to get all the ingredients together for Kingpole's erection tea.

          Congratulations on such quick improvements! Although I'm very new here myself, I have to agree with you; stick with the designed program for best results. Those who tend to fail are those who stray from the program that has proven results...especially us newbies! Good luck to you lifegivingsword. Keep us updated

            Thanks for the encouragement Diesel. I'm trying to stick to the program as closely as possible. Haven't been able to get gensing because it's really expensive here in Japan. So we'll see how this plan works without ginseng first.

              Day 4 April 9, 2010:

              Still taking the ginko biloba and garlic caps. Had very persistent and annoying morning wood. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep. Wish I could get wood like that when I was with a lady. Can't say that the morning wood was any sign of improvement since I've always had morning wood.

              Bought green tea extract today. It comes in powder form here in a bag, not in pills. Around 7pm I took a teaspoon of that (5 grams) along with a teaspoon of dry ginger (in herb form). I was expecting from all the reading I did about Kinpoles erection tea that I would be having wood in about an hour. Nothing happened.

              Haven't had an erection all day despite several times I saw some hot women in the super market and in a movie I watched (non-porn). I'm a little disappointed, but I will be patient with this diet.

              Did kegels and restrained from masturbation today. Will hold off until Sunday when I'm expecting to be with a girl.

              Important to note if any of you are taking green tea extract in non-capsule form: Wikipedia says that you only need to take about 400 milligrams of green tea extract per day. I took 5 grams (5000 milligrams), which is over 12 times that amount. Wikipedia says that 400 milligrams of tea extract is equivalant to 5 cups of tea. Based on that math, today I drank an equivalent of 60 cups of tea. I will take the proper dosage tomorrow.

              Don't really care for tea so I'm just taking the green tea extract down straight (tastes pretty good actually) along with the ginger (not so good in large amounts).

              Here's where I'm at now. Tell me if anything is wrong:

              Morning:
              1 60mg cap of ginko biloba
              1 8mg cap of deoderized garlic
              400mg of green tea extract
              Half a teaspoon (2.5 grams) of dried ginger:

              Evening:
              Same as the morning routine

              Kegels:
              50 reps every other day

              Masturbation:
              At least 1 full day rest if having released the previous day.

                - no noticeable progress
                - was making out with a girl today and remained totally limp. Same as always.

                  Still on the program. Had sex yesterday. Could only maintain a 20% to 30% erection. Better than usual. Masturbated 4 times after that because a lot of stress had built up from not masturbating the day before. Masturbated again this morning against my will. I will try to stay off porn from now on to see if it makes a difference.

                  I'm currently taking 4 or the 5 G's on Kingpole's erection diet list. Considering buying ginseng. It's expensive here: about $30 for a 15 day supply.

                      Just so I'm clear, you had sex yesterday and also masturbated four times that same day??? That does seem a bit excessive! Also, as far as the porn topic goes, I would absolutely agree that you should take a break from pornography. The reason I say this is because I noticed on day 6 of your program you said you were "making out with a girl today and remained totally limp, same as always" which indicates that you are having trouble getting aroused while being physical with someone but no real issues while watching porn. I can't imagine this being beneficial to erectile dysfunction!

                        I think almost all of your minor ED symptoms would be entirely cured if you stopped masturbating completely, stopped looking at porn, and saved it all for sex. In the event that sex is not available than limit masturbation and porn to only once per week. Try it and watch how all your symptoms disappear.
                        My goal here is to provide ideas and insight on methods for improving or eliminating mild erectile dysfunction.

                          Thanks for all the comments and input. Yup, I am staying away from porn. Getting off porn is not going to be so difficult for me. Abstaining from masturbation may be a bit more challenging. Basically, when I abstatin from masturbation it gets to a point where my stress level gets super high from not "releasing". In that sense, I don't think that abstaining is healthy. When I abstain, I end up binging like you saw in that last post where I jerked off four times after I had sex. Right now I am able to go about a day without sex/masturbation without feeling a ton of stress.

                            - Added L-arginine to my ED diet yesterday and took 3000mg
                            - Will continue taking L-arginine at 1500mg/day which seems to be the consensus on daily dosage
                            - Had one random erection YESTERDAY. Only 1 minute. I could feel the erection coming several hours in advance. This is a big sign of improvement.
                            - No random erections today
                            - Managed to abstain from masturbation for the whole day

                              Following your progress closely mate. I too suffer some ED. Glad you're taking on board what the guys are saying in giving up porn. At my worst i was jerking off 5 times a day, every day, not good! I was a spent force, running on empty! Like you, if i tried to abstain i'd end up binging out of control. I was having occassional sex, but also i wouldn't stay hard very easily.

                              The kegels, pe regimen, plus cutting back the porn, is helping greatly. And instead of dribbling out, my loads now go off like a gun!
                              Are your loads improving also?

                              PS 60 cups of tea in one day?? Haha thats nearly as much as my gran!

                              Anyway, keep it up mate
