Hi guys im new here so i have a few questions to ask feel free please answer.
I'm 23 working in creative field with stress environment and i'm also having ED and PE which is cause of my depression.
Since joined this community i've only practicing Kegel Exercise which is the easiest to perform.
So here are my few questions;
1) Some days during my exercising session i get an intense boner and some day it's not even wake up i dont know why but maybe because of stress working, is this normal?
2) I can easily perform holding stop & go while urinating bcs of my bad habit enjoying masturbating to porn and stop at ponr and do it repeatly but still i couldnt last long.
3)After practising this Kegel Exercise that means i have to still perform it during sex intercourse? or the pelvic muscle will get strong and doesn't need to perform during sex?
