Hello everyone. I've being having erection problem for over a year. Basically appeared after meeting someone after a 2 year dry spell. Basically had very poor response to them. Eventually I was able to have sex with a 70% errection.
Thinking it might be porn as I jacked off to porn several times a week I cut out all porn and masturbation 7 months ago. I have read so much about pied. Personally I never felt I was an addict, more a user. I had no problem quitting and had zero side effects urges to go back to porn.
I did 5 weeks hard mode which did make a difference. I got hard a lot easier.
I was managing to get fully hard with fore play and oral sex. However I could not keep it very long. If I went from my back to missionary it went away in seconds. Only sex I was managing was on my back. Also I had premature ejaculation from tensing so hard.
to get and keep errection I was kegeling the whole time. I have now discovered I should not be doing this. These were VOLUNTARY kegels.

im going to a doctor soon but I have started doing a few reverse kegels and Hindi squats since 2 days ago.
im 7 months porn free I do not believe this is having a huge effect now.
Im pyisically fit. Don't smoke drink sometimes. I get morning wood couple of times a week. I got a 100% hardon 5 min after waking up and I was able to keep it for 15 min. Although I never moved. I hope I don't have a Venus leak. Also find I need to keep my legs together to get a better erection.
