Stem cell therapy may be on the horizon as a new treatment for erectile dysfunction. I enrolled in a clinical trial at ucla in 2016 for non expanded bone marrow stem cell injecton,However I did not qualify for the procedure because after a series of tests were ran on me, including npt ultrasound, and a caversonometry. The caversonometry did not reveal any presence of venous leak for that reason I was unable to participate any further. After doing some recent research on the company "Creative Medical Technologies" I have discovered that the company has started commercialization of the procedure. There is one Urologist who has a practice at a reputable medical establishment in Los Angeles who is offering the procedure for 3,800 dollars. He claimed that the clinical trial had about an 85 percent success rate, and most of the men that he has treated so far have reported positive results. I plan on getting this done in the next few months with the hope that I can achieve my life's number one goal which is to regain the ability to have spontaneous erections without the aid of any medical interventions. An ultrasound from a provider outside of the clinical trial revealed abnormal gray scale matter including mild right and mild left side corporal fibrosis, and the urologist believes that is the reasons for my erectile difficulties. The doctor that is now offering this procedure believes this procedure could potentially alleviate this problem. I will definitely keep everyone posted on my particular outcome. In the meantime I just wanted to encourage everyone here not to use big pharma brand name products such as Cialis is or VIAGRA . Instead use generics such as revatio which is slidenafil citrate. I get 800 mg for about twenty bucks they come in 20 mg pills. I still feel even that is too much money but beats the heck out of 80 some dollars for a single one hundred mg pill. Also you can get compounding pharmacy tadalafil etc for pennies on the dollar. We all need to work together to not support these big companies. Men spend more money on VIAGRA than toilet paper in the United States. These companies will go to unethical extremes to protect their assets. I believe by supporting big pharma it is a hindrance to the progression of science. Science is good and VIAGRA should be an outdated thing of the past.

No tried everything from eating a nutritious diet with tons of greens veggies fruits whole grains. I still do. If it can't be picked hunted gathered or milked, I don't eat it. I exercise daily. Went from a 21 percent body fat to a little over 1t percent. Used the vacuum degradation device daily for several months straight with no success. I tried low intensity shock wave therapy. I tried the p shot. No success with all of that. So now I'm trying other things outside of the traditional first second and third line garbage therapies. The absolute last thing that I will do is embrace these traditional therapies and adopt the HOORAY VIAGRA MENTALITY. IE "HOORAY VIAGRA IF VIAGRA STOPS WORKING I CAN GET A PROSTHESIS AND GET AN ERECTION ANYTIME I WANT, YAY VIAGRA" That line of think I is toxic and a hindrance to the progression of science science. And yes of course I had to use pills off the bat. WTF is would my gf say if I broke out the degradation device? If your sexually active you are going to do what you have to do imideately to please your girl. But trust me I do not put that shit on a pedistol. And in regards to bone marrow stem cells. This procedure is autologous not manipulated and is designed to regenerate your tissues and blood vessels. But I would rather my organ be regenerated rapidly as supposed to massage techniques/ or pumping like a retard for years with zero results. I always try least restrictive interventions first but for me that bull shit yielded zero improvements. So there you go. Potency to me means spontaneity plus adequacy. My goal is to see improvement in spontaneity penile strength and stamina. Remember this stem cell therapy is derived from. My own product. So do some research before you start getting judgemental like you are some kind of expert.

Compounding pharmacy Tadalafil is 20 mg for 10 bucks. Just as safe, Just as effective as Cialis. It is a sublingual. Boycott big pharma. You can easily get a prescription.

I don't believe you. For a start you don't mention sleeping more which would be the very first thing . You obviously have not controlled anxiety that would be the second thing . Your statement "of course I used pills off the bat" betrays the mindset . I regularly get guys in the pre e forum claim to have "tried everything" when I look into it the have rarely made any sustained effort . In any case the claim "tried everything" is clearly ludicrous given the amount of things that could be tried.

Looking back over your previous posts one gets the impression you are pro drugs in general and I am left wondering if that may have caused the initial problem.

There was a guy on Franktalk, he looking for anything that would get him over his hour glass penis from what he said was from SSRI's, as a child/teenager, but stem cell treatment is not cheap and no real guarantee's it will work, whether he went through with it, I never found out, as was there then not, he kind of come and went.

Pegasus: I am not here to argue with you brother that is non productive. I have tried a lot of things and continue to try a lot of things out of desperation. I do things that I would never advise anyone to do on this forum such as taking a high dose of testosterone and letting my Hematocrit go up to 62 percent that is very dangerous. Please understand I HATE erectile dysfunction. Hate is a strong word. You think of cancer and the holocaust with that type of word. But since I can't find a stronger word I will stick to the word hate. I hate erectile dysfunction! I just simply want to present info that some may not be aware of that they could possibly benefit from. Such as reminding people that are spending a ton of money on first line therapy products like VIAGRA AND CIALIS that they could save a lot of money by getting generics or compounding pharmacy products for pennies on the dollar. And I have tried a lot. I am currently working with a nutritionist and s functional medicine doctor to improve my overall holistic health including reducing anxiety improving sleep over all cardiovascular health fitness etc. I have spend tons of money on plenty of things outside of traditional therapies to combat erectile dysfunction. Platelet Rich plasma which included daily pumping. It failed for me. I have tried low intensity extra corporal shock wave therapy. It failed for me. My next step is to try bone marrow derived stem cell therapy. It might fail for me too. But I am a fighter and I am determined to beat erectile dysfunction. And the good news for everyone is that I am serving as Guinea pig that will post honest results of outside the box that really should be outdated in this time of science and technology. Who knows maybe I will find something that works better than traditional therapies. And if I do hopefully others can benefit as well. For the record I am not pro drug. Nor am I pro natural interventions per say. I am pro what ever will lead to recovery of spontaneous erections. My goals are simple.. Improve spontaneity penile strength and stamina.
