Carefull with this exercise . It is very good and very intense . Are you doing both standard and reverse towel raise?

Didn't you try Levitra https://levsale.com/? Very effective drug. You need to find the right dosage. The first time I took 10 mg, it was a disaster ... My dose was is 5 mg. Now, I make my wife do sex the whole night!

As i said I'm doing reverse kegels also, so I think my pelvic floor od balanced.

Reverse kegel and reverse towel raise are very different.

I know the diffrence. Reverse kegels at rest days.
