    Hello all! I'm posting here because I'm really just at my wits end about what to do about this situation. I'm young, I should be living my life and feeling confident about my bedroom abilities, but my penis has failed me.

    For starters, I very rarely get erections. It's not that I'm not into girls or can't get turned on by them, but even when I am aroused the most I will usually get is a very slight swelling feeling in my penis and that's it. I've had girlfriend's before, and every time I've participated in sexual activities I've had a very hard time getting it up. My erection quality is very week, and makes penetration next to impossible. It's just, no matter how aroused I am I feel like my erection only stays at like 40% naturally. Now subconsciously I believe I started kegelling to try and squeeze and trap blood in my penis. This does increase my erection quality a bit, but doing this also causes me to ejaculate very quickly after starting to squeeze those muscles. So basically I have very weak erections, regardless of my arousal level, and while kegelling can help compensate for this slightly, it also causes me to ejaculate prematurely. Another problem, and one that has been the case since I was probably 14, is that I virtually never wake up with erections. I think I've had morning wood maybe 4 times max in the last four years, and even then it was very very weak. I've been told this is typically a good indicator that something is wrong.

    Admittedly, I believe I know what might have caused my problems. I used to masturbate daily for several years, usually to porn. I didn't masturbate for long, but I often would rush the masturbation to get to the feeling of the ejaculation, without actually enjoying the process. I think this trained my body to use my kegel muscles to ejaculate as quickly as possible. I know this is a problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

    Within the past year I have dramatically cut down my viewing of porn, in the case that it could be caused by an overuse of porn. I have gone for several weeks without viewing porn on multiple occasions, but it has never had any effect. Perhaps I just need to avoid porn for even longer?

    I've been to several doctors and urologists about this situation, but none of them seem to know what the problem is or how to fix it. I've been given Viagra, and it helped mildly but it was nothing to write home about.

    I live pretty healthy, I exercise regularly, eat cleaner than most young adults and I'm not overweight. I'm simply confused about what could be causing my problems. It could be anxiety or depression related issues. I know I've never been very good at managing stress, so that could be playing into it, but I'd be surprised if that was what was causing my problems. My erections seem to be no better when I am relaxed and calm and happy compared to when I am angry or stressed.

    Another thing that may be of note. I do have a rather large varicose vein in my penis, as well as having a perennial hematoma. I'm not sure if these things are related, but is possible that varicose veins in my pelvic floor could be causing blood flow issues?

    I was also thinking it could be pelvic floor tightness causing blood flow issues. I've been to a pelvic floor specialist who said that my PF was very tight, and I have done a variety of stretches and work with a therawand over the past several months. My PF has loosened, but my erection problems have gotten no better.

    I'm really just confused about what to do here or how to solve my problems. Any advice would be appreciated. I think the thing that concerns me most is that I NEVER get morning wood. I'm pretty sure that means something is pretty wrong, but I don't know what or how to fix it.

    Hi I would say porn has been your downfall its shut down your sexual receptors, and getting to ejaculation fast is the other part I would say of your problem, probably from using the grip of steel to masturbate with.

    The help you need now is first to take a very long break from porn, sex and any form of masturbation, I would start with a 3 month break and see how things are then, like morning woods, nocturnal erections and when you see a real sexy women are you getting those feeling of a good erection coming on, if no you need to do another 3 months.

    Yes it will take time but then your young, and if you want a sex life for the rest of your life, this is the way your going to have to go, and don't forget this is drug free, which is the best way to go.

    So for now forget all about sex and what a women can do for you and to you, get fit and stay fit get of fast and junk foods, stay well away from sodas of any form and including energy drinks, time to start building your self up eat healthy, start looking at foods that will boost your testosterone, and start finding all the things that will help your problem with getting your erections going, look at things the are good for your blood, good clean blood makes for good erections.

    When you do get back to masturbating, its going to be feather light touch from now on, and do use some kind of lubrication, this may take some time to get going, if you don't go this way your find it very hard to ejaculate during sex, as a vagina can not replicate the grip of steel.

    Are yes one last thing get into your computer and clean out all your porn sites, clean out any downloads you have, throw away any discs you have, once your computer is clean of porn get a friend to switch on the parent control he or she keeps the pass word.

      ^Great post! Be glad you're sorting out these issues when you're 18 instead of almost 30. I did NoFap for 2 weeks recently and went from no morning wood to waking up to some weak morning wood. It was an improvement for sure. Just gotta be patient with it I think......it took a while to become dysfunctional, it's gonna take a minute to fix.

        The vein and hematoma are the issue. Consult with the doctors regarding that.

            I went to see one doctor about it and he said that there was nothing to really be done about hematomas as long as it wasn't especially painful. I'm not convinced, because I think that I could have a net of varicose veins in my pelvic floor that could be causing my problems. I guess I will just have to try and find a doctor that will be willing to check me out further and discuss solutions for dealing with the hematoma.

            Has anyone else heard about hemorrhoids or varicose veins being connected to Erectile Dysfunction?

                Alright! I've gone for about three weeks no fap max before, and it didn't really have any effect, but perhaps I've just got to hold out longer. Good luck to you!

                    They were low. Around 260 the first time, 290 the second. Definitely low for a guy my age. But I don't really have many symptoms or problems associated with low testosterone. Additionally, from what I've been told by urologists, testosterone typically only has an effect on the libido, and usually doesn't affect the actual erection itself unless the levels are astronomically low.

                    I was diagnosed with some clomid, and since I started taking that my testosterone levels have raised up to 590, but physically, I don't feel any different, so I don't know what's up with that.

                      Have you been tested for free testosterone by sensitive method.?

                        Hi Swoosh, those levels are for free testosterone or total testosterone? If total, then yeah, they seem to be pretty low for your age I think. But I want to know how the no porn watching thing goes for you. Please keep us updated. I've had some issues myself similar to yours, although my T levels seem to be ok, I have weak morning woods and difficulty maintaining an erection, as well as difficulty reaching PONR. I've also decided to stay away from porn for a while, although I am doing some edging and regular sex.

                          I used this oil every week once before bed just massaged abit in for 15mins and within 2months I was waking up stiff as a rock lol

                            The docs ordered a test of my free testosterone and I believe it came up at about 520 which I was told was pretty normal.
