I've read many/various posts, which helped members combat ED or even PreEj issues with stretching (yoga poses), exercises or tools.
Lot's of success stories mention Therawand - which help to release trigger points in deep pelvic tissue. Other tool is trigger massage ball (or tennis ball).
But which stretches or poses are the best for relaxation, releasing the tension and good blood flow in that region?
1. Garland pose (Hindi squat)
2. Child's pose
3. Downward dog pose
4. ... which else?
Or is best to find a pelvic floor physio, who could check or run some tests?
