  • Isolating Front Kegels (BC)

Hey guys, I recently noticed that I can only isolate my BC muscle while performing light to medium squeezes. When I try to transition into a hard squeeze, I involuntarily switch to a back kegel. Maybe I am imbalanced. Should I continue with medium strength squeezes and try to work up to hard squeezes?

What is your purpose with hard squeezes?

Somewhere along the way I must have made this incorrect (or misinterpreted) association:
Kegels= strengthening exercise= strong squeezes most ideal
rK= relaxation exercise= light squeezes most ideal

My goal atm is to increase erection hardness, so I really want to target my bc. Are light to medium strength bc isolated squeezes most effective?

There is argument on what is most effective .

Hard kegeling can cause injury in the unconditioned however that doesn't seem an issue .
My beief is you should be able to do the full range both k and rk .

Continued training should improve ability to isolate .

A caution here it is possible to through balance off by training one muscle . So do not over specialise . In any case for eq improvement all muscles should be strengthened.

Thank you for your advice. I actually have all 4 types of kegels in my routine, and will continue to do so. Strangely enough its the basic front kegels that are driving me crazy!
To add to the madness, it may actually be possible that im performing them perfectly fine, but my evaluating technique is flawed... to evaluate I put my hand on my taint to feel my bc muscle flex. The reason why I think my form is off is because it doesnt feel consistent... sometimes it feel a really strong flex and sometimes barely anything at all. Are there better ways to confirm besides stopping urine flow? I think there're multiple ways to do this, like using your urethral sphincter
