If anyone has experience with reversing this, and could share some advice.
So I've been masturbating for most of my life, I believe I would be considered a Chronic Masturbator. I watch porn almost everyday Mon-Fri. I spend about 1hr a day jelqing, edging, stretching etc. For as long as I can remember, while masturbating I've always clenched my ass and pushed my pelvic forward to maintain my EQ, I now know what I was doing this whole time is holding a kegel. I remember doing this even as a kid. My issue is that because of this, while having actual sex with my wife, if I "relax" I will lose my EQ, and it also limits me in the positions I am able to perform when having sex because not all positions allow for me to hold a kegel.
I've read some stuff online about our brain getting use to the dopamine our bodies create while masturbating for hours, and if I was holding a kegel to keep my erection, my brain is/will get in the habit of what ever physical position my body is in during the masturbation. (In this case holding a kegel).
I want to be able to have great quality sex with my wife and I don't want to be limited on what I can do because I need to be holding a kegel all the damn time, Smh. It's frustrating . I am 33 and I have always watched porn and masturbated since I was kid, but now I am wondering if the way I was masturbating and the fantasies and sex videos I have been watching, are what is hindering my real sex life now.
I've heard of reboots and reverse kegels, not sure what a reboot is or a reverse kegel. Any help and advice would be great!!
