    If anyone has experience with reversing this, and could share some advice.

    So I've been masturbating for most of my life, I believe I would be considered a Chronic Masturbator. I watch porn almost everyday Mon-Fri. I spend about 1hr a day jelqing, edging, stretching etc. For as long as I can remember, while masturbating I've always clenched my ass and pushed my pelvic forward to maintain my EQ, I now know what I was doing this whole time is holding a kegel. I remember doing this even as a kid. My issue is that because of this, while having actual sex with my wife, if I "relax" I will lose my EQ, and it also limits me in the positions I am able to perform when having sex because not all positions allow for me to hold a kegel.

    I've read some stuff online about our brain getting use to the dopamine our bodies create while masturbating for hours, and if I was holding a kegel to keep my erection, my brain is/will get in the habit of what ever physical position my body is in during the masturbation. (In this case holding a kegel).

    I want to be able to have great quality sex with my wife and I don't want to be limited on what I can do because I need to be holding a kegel all the damn time, Smh. It's frustrating . I am 33 and I have always watched porn and masturbated since I was kid, but now I am wondering if the way I was masturbating and the fantasies and sex videos I have been watching, are what is hindering my real sex life now.

    I've heard of reboots and reverse kegels, not sure what a reboot is or a reverse kegel. Any help and advice would be great!!

    Hmm sounds to me like porn addiction really is not helping you.

    Sounds like your pelvic floor could use a stretch.

        Thanks for the response and the info. I will definitely look into that. And yeah, I agree, the porn addiction is not helping. Would you recommend a Reboot? And if so, is all a Reboot is, is just not doing anything?

          I had a similar case. Masturbating to porn will kill your sex life, and if you are kegeling a lot it will also kill your pelvic floor.
          My advice:
          Quit porn for good, speak to a counselor if you can't.
          Quit masturbating for two weeks, sex is OK if you are capable.
          You will need to make sure your PF is relaxed outside of sexual activity, check my protocol in my signature, (purple section) and make sure you don't have any of the symptoms of PF tension.
          You will need to practice relaxing the PF during sexual activity, I reccomend edging while laying, closing your eyes, and deeply focusing on the PF, when you feel an urge to kegel, do a reverse kegel to "relax it out", repeat for about 10 mins. Obviously don't watch porn. DO this about 4 times a week, no more. Your wife can help if possible, but make sure you are able to relax yourself.

            Thanks for the info. Yeah, since my post havent watched any porn. Everytime I feel my PF starting to tense up, I remind myself to relax. Being doing this so much so over the past 3-4days, Ive noticed a few times where my PF is relaxed naturally on its own, when doing some things where it would normally tense up. I won't be watching porn anymore and I'm definitely going to check out your protocol. Thanks again Hans
