    Hello Everyone,

    I want to start out by stating I do not believe PE is a primary culprit in what I'm currently experiencing. I will identify my symptoms and explain what I believe could be causing it. Any support, recommendations and sharing similar experiences / recoveries would be greatly appreciated.

    My symptoms right now include loosing an erection ( after having a 90-100 percent hard on) near the end of sex. This has happened on 3 occasions within the last week. Yesterday I could not gain an erection at all at one point, and when I got hard later that night it was extremely week and maybe 60 percent EQ, and I didn't even try to have sex. My flaccid seems normal, though my glans feel slightly enflamed when I think about it.

    I think this is primarily psychological, but there is a undeniable physical aspect to it. I believe there could be three possible causes to the physical.

    1) Reintroduced PE exercises. I did 3 sessions of one day on one day off jelqing and stretching. The day after my last session was the first time I went soft. The sessions were very mild, but it's possible this could have started it.

    2) rough sex and erect bending. The past 5 sessions of sexual intercourse I've been completing with rear entry and simultaneous orgasms as I penetrate my girlfriends anterior fornix. It's super hot and I love doing that, but on god she boa constrictors my cock into a lovely slightly painful contortion as her body palpitates and contracts. I don't realize until after how intense it actually was, and my penis is plump red, thick and notably sore for about an hour. This just started recently as I began to fully understand the anterior fornix.

    3) new supplements and occasional slidenafil usage. I used slidenafil to mentally overcome my last "injury". I stoped and could still get great erections (until recently obviously) I also started taking many supplements like ginseng, ginger and garlic. I may not be drinking enough water with all this new stuff.

    My game plan.

    - rest. Let my dick feel normal again, only gentle sex from now on. Orgasm max every 3rd day.
    - drink at least 4 liters of water a day.

    I really love this forum, I hate adding to the injury portion, but I need a bit of consulting and advice.

    It could be the combination of high volume sexual encounters and added training may be impacting your recovery. The issue is greatly compounded when attention is given to performance.

    Do you feel an increased shift from looking forward to sex to seeing it as something to be concerned over due to performance?

      I am concerned with performance. Head issues has been my primary struggle. Right now, penile health and EQ are my only concern in terms of recovering. I put a lot of stress on my sexual performance but I'm working on that by talking openly with my partner and therapist. I will be starting another thread at some point regaurding this, and hopefully can help others as I come to terms with accepting myself.

        The penis is an organ whIch doesn't do well in the presence of negative emotions. Doing what you can to mitigate this will be in your best interests.

          This is great advice, and thank you for the quality read. The weird thing is I was suffering from many more anxieties regaurding my performance 2 weeks ago, and I was having rock hard erections. Starting this week, is when things got a little strange again, even though now I'm much more at ease. I think over training / over use is the primary culprit.

          How long on average do people stay out of commission? Until it feels right?

            I'd suspect #2 and if any pe was practiced before. Might need more recovery time before expectin rock hard erections.

            Maybe try some s l o w, s e n su a l, intimate activity.

              Great advice, I agree too. My PE routine was very minuscule. When I was practicing PE before I was not having sex, but I just plain ol over did it. It's difficult finding a balance for me; and over training seems slightly catastrophic in my case. I'm going to focus purely on EQ this whole year. And once I have 100 percent rock hard EQ I'll start a mild stretching routine (after I get my infrared heat lamp)

                How long some stay out of commission varies. Some are able to shake off negative incidents without issues. For others, it can be a lifelong problem.

                In cases of long term and/or acute stress, dopamine levels may be reduced. This can make it difficult to get aroused even in the absence of anxiety. Do you feel this might be the case with you?

                  It very well could be. I was a daily pot smoker for many years, and still smoke from time to time. I'm planning on breaking this habit. I also took adderal for 3 years. I think all

                    Adderall is notorious for interfering with EQ.

                      Hi From what's being said I think a 3 month break is what your body needs at this moment, and to help your recovery get into doing meditation to clear your mind and relax you, stay off PE, SEX and any form of sexual contact, and even no masturbating.

                      The see how you get on then, but 3 sessions of PE in one day is way over the top, at best its one session a day for 2 days then take a day off, your just way over the top no wonder your not getting erections of more that 60%, you cannot treat your penis like that, your next stop would be the ED station, I will tell you now you just don't want to go there.

                      So 3 months off with meditation is my offer.

                        You must have read it wrong. I did one day on one day off, for three sessions. So that's three very mild sessions of PE over the course of 6 days.

                        Anyways I think I'm good. I was able to achieve 90-100 percent EQ the last two days. Going 3 months without is just not on the table... but I am quitting PE. I havnt really been able to get the hang of it... I plan to start again next summer

                            Thanks! But I'll be around. This forum has some amazing content (some dangerous content too depending on mind state) and I've been reading through a lot of it. I'm going to layout my long term plan in the beginers forum, get some advice, and continue exploring what has worked for others.

                            I'm going to figure this out.
