I want to start out by stating I do not believe PE is a primary culprit in what I'm currently experiencing. I will identify my symptoms and explain what I believe could be causing it. Any support, recommendations and sharing similar experiences / recoveries would be greatly appreciated.
My symptoms right now include loosing an erection ( after having a 90-100 percent hard on) near the end of sex. This has happened on 3 occasions within the last week. Yesterday I could not gain an erection at all at one point, and when I got hard later that night it was extremely week and maybe 60 percent EQ, and I didn't even try to have sex. My flaccid seems normal, though my glans feel slightly enflamed when I think about it.
I think this is primarily psychological, but there is a undeniable physical aspect to it. I believe there could be three possible causes to the physical.
1) Reintroduced PE exercises. I did 3 sessions of one day on one day off jelqing and stretching. The day after my last session was the first time I went soft. The sessions were very mild, but it's possible this could have started it.
2) rough sex and erect bending. The past 5 sessions of sexual intercourse I've been completing with rear entry and simultaneous orgasms as I penetrate my girlfriends anterior fornix. It's super hot and I love doing that, but on god she boa constrictors my cock into a lovely slightly painful contortion as her body palpitates and contracts. I don't realize until after how intense it actually was, and my penis is plump red, thick and notably sore for about an hour. This just started recently as I began to fully understand the anterior fornix.
3) new supplements and occasional slidenafil usage. I used slidenafil to mentally overcome my last "injury". I stoped and could still get great erections (until recently obviously) I also started taking many supplements like ginseng, ginger and garlic. I may not be drinking enough water with all this new stuff.
My game plan.
- rest. Let my dick feel normal again, only gentle sex from now on. Orgasm max every 3rd day.
- drink at least 4 liters of water a day.
I really love this forum, I hate adding to the injury portion, but I need a bit of consulting and advice.
