  • Weak Erections

    Hi guys,

Suffered weak erections for over 3 years now.
Trsterone results are in the high range (29.1) and I have no diabetes. All bloods are clear.
Had all the physicals done except from penile Doppler. So what could be causing my issues?

If I do manage an erection it fades within 30 seconds and I have to constantly stimulate it.
I also have no morning or night erections

Can anyone give me any advice?

Get the ultra sound done. You can rule out venous leakage / corporal fibrosis. I did that, felt good to get those cleared. How old are you? Any discomfort? Stress levels? Medications? You need to put out a lot more info if you really want help.

    Best luck to ya

I would tell you to get the full panel of hormones checked and have a good endo check it . However they are so rare it is not a vlid option.

        Hi mate,

I’m 25 and no discomfort at all.
No stress and I have used cialis with mixed results.
Urologist has said it seems to be venous leak but that if that’s the case nothing can be done about it

Things can be done. I've read a few people have overcome venous leakage through testosterone gel applied to reagion, litigations. I was convinced I had a venous leak for a while. Getting the test gave me peace of mind

            What were you symptoms?
            Do you still suffer ED?

This week I started having weak erections again this week. I think it's due to restarting PE and having aggressive sex all at the same time (also dehydration) but who knows

But I had total ED for a month. I got over that but then started having issues again this week.

My original symptoms included no morning or night erections, and a small shriveled flacid. My symptoms now are weeker erections and I keep losing them during sex. I'm going to give it some time.

Sorry I'm blowing up your replies. Do you have something that triggered this initially? You were 22 when it started then huh? If you did out it's not a venous leak, which is pretty likely, it could be an assortment of other things as I'm finding out, which are treatable. I'm not able to diagnose you I'm just normal guy. But if you can rule out a variety of things you can pin point and focus your efforts. Tell me when you first noticed this stuff.

It’s alright mate, appreciate the replies.
All just randomly started after I turned 22, no changes in diet, no changes in my lifestyle, so I can’t really explain it.

I’m just hoping that it’s not venous leak!
I’ve already ruled out a lot of other causes I.e testosterone, Peyronies, diabetes, blood test like liver and kidney function.

Too me, yours sound like a pelvic floor issue, maybe try some reverse kegels to balance out your pelvic floor

Did you read about PSSD (Post SSRI sexual dysfunction)?
